Mighty Mite Tank Level Redesign

Hello fellow LBPCers... I have been having some issues with my tank level. Mainly tank will stop responding sometimes and most of the time after you destroyed another tank I had in the level which you went head to head with. Anyway I put the tank in a blank level today, going head to head against the same tank. I was able to destroy the other tank completely and repeatedly without losing any control responses, leading me to believe the problem is in my tank level and not the tank.

Im going to redesign the level, keeping some ideas, but ditching quite a few. Im the first to admit the level is not great so Im looking for lots of input.. ie.. I like this part but not this or this part is good but do it this way.

The new level will not only be an end to end level but will be at least two levels high. At some point leaving one tank, possibly using hovercraft to reach another level, then spawning a new tank there. Im going to spawn one because the tank itself is quite intensive on the level so the fewer the better.

To keep tank count down to just one player used tank I need some help, if its even possible. At the beginning of the I want a tank. Later another tank that will either be emitted by user input or by sensor detection. I need the first tank to completely vanish when the second tank is emitted. Is this possible?

Set max emitted to one I suppose.

Oh, i like the level, just two things, i heard the prize at the end is the Hovercraft, i cant reach it, cause my tank is always too destroyed from the other tank to reach it, thsats problem one. Problem Two, it includes, The head to head tank and the fireball, can you try and redesign somehow? Very good level otherwise, just them two always get me. Either i cant get past the fire thing and the tank, or i do get past, but i cant reach the ledge, cause my tank is tooo destroyed. Hope i somehow helped 2008-12-27 15:45:00

I redesigned the level completely. I went through 20 times without one tank problem so my original level was the reason for some strange bugs. Check out the new design and let me know.

I will add the hovercraft to the end again on the new design. To me its very easy. My 8 year old daughter did it on the first try and had not seen the new level prior... but she does know the tank.

Thats one key element. This tank is to technical to jump in and wing it. You have to learn to move between controls.... even in a blind situation. I can operate any part of that tank with my view completely obstructed.
