So Im trying to figure out how I would do something. I have 4 Inputs in order lets call them A B C and D. What I want Is if A B and C are on for only A to be. or If B and D are for B so the Or if C and D are on for only C to be on kinda like a priorty type thing haha. EDIT: If you are wondering its for an upgrade system so If you have upgrade 1 and 3 purchased it would only show up as 3

That's the perfect job for a selector. Wire up your A, B, C and D inputs to inputs #4, #3, #2, and #1 of a selector (yes, in that order). Higher numbered selector inputs have priority, so the output of the highest numbered input will always be on.

What Dr. C says. However, do note that this priority rule counts for consecutive signals. That means two or more signals arrive at the selector at the same time. If you get a short pulse on input C, then a short pulse on A, C is first selected and then switched abruptly to A.

I used to be very scared by selectors, now I build everything with them ^^ Once you understand them, it's very useful.
