An alternative to allowing creating in the pod

| We observe that players liked the "create in pod" glitch. But this glitch was the cause of many problems, including corrupted profiles, and sackboy repeatedly dying in the pod if the spawn point became blocked. We also observe that players create and publish levels designed for socializing, which is what the pod was at least partially intended for.
