Transparent stickers -Toggle stickers to be transparent -Been through many times where this could be useful Tag sensor on same Microchip -Tag Sensor can pick up a key on the same microchip. (Toggle option: Detect on microchip) -Find myself having to emit a key to have an effect happen. Highlight (Sparkle) logic output/input lines -Highlights the lines that link ie. a Tag sensor to a selector. -I work on big projects and i have lots of logic that is linked to various microchips. Of course i cant remember what everything is linked to. It would be much easier to make a link shine Bright (maybe player selected color scheme) so you can easily track where the link is going. | 2011-11-16 03:45:00 Author: Shadenmonk Posts: 61 |

Use Nodes to change color of wires | 2011-11-16 21:34:00 Author: Shadowriver Posts: 3991 |
Yeah i can do that but i have a ton of logic on one microchip and i simply dont have enough colors...I mean i do use that technique but it would be helpful to have a greater visual | 2011-11-18 01:07:00 Author: Shadenmonk Posts: 61 |
If you hold your popit cursor over the wire you want to know goes where it flashes dark and bright. It is not too helpful but at least this way you can tell the MM tried to do something about it. | 2011-11-18 02:42:00 Author: Wolffy123 Posts: 406 |
Yeah but when the wire is linked to another microchip with a bunch of logic thats nearly impossible to tell. You guys have solutions but you guys are not in my standpoint. You keep on giving simple work arounds but dont really get it from my perspective. These are just suggestions. | 2011-11-18 19:27:00 Author: Shadenmonk Posts: 61 |
Not sure if this'll help you, but if you press the tweak button while hovering the pipit cursor over a wire, it'll open the tweak menu of whatever object the wire is connected to, which I imagine also shows you the location of that object. The same goes for the R1 button for opening/closing microchips. A transparency option for stickers would be really useful, though. | 2011-11-18 20:18:00 Author: Blue Helmet Posts: 306 |
with a sticker panel you can make them transparent. you use opacity Not everyone can afford the move pack. | 2011-11-25 06:06:00 Author: TheUltraDeino Posts: 1274 |
Not everyone can afford the move pack. he could buy one second hand or even borrow one. we can't expect Sony to offer the same functionality as the MOVE without the MOVE bundle, they have to sell stuff to make a living. and what of all those people that bought a MOVE just for the extras? no, there has to be some incentive for people to want to buy the MOVE and this is just one of them. no doubt people will also want everything the Vita version has too, but it won't happen. i can't afford a Vita, but i still appreciate why it has to be that way | 2011-11-25 13:31:00 Author: GribbleGrunger Posts: 3910 |
and what of all those people that bought a MOVE just for the extras? They'll get ripped off from their money. | 2011-11-25 14:46:00 Author: TheUltraDeino Posts: 1274 |
They'll get ripped off from their money. And without being mean, how would that be fair? Mm shouldn't add transparent stickers for the poorer people because the sticker panel is one of the major selling points of the move pack. Also when you consider the people who bought the move pack for the sticker panel, how do you think they would feel should Mm decide that now they had their money they can just make it free and make the impression that those who bought the pack were silly for having bought one of their products. | 2011-11-25 16:01:00 Author: craigmond Posts: 2426 |

I just love how you quoted my post, yet you responded to the post above it, while thanking it. | 2011-11-25 16:24:00 Author: TheUltraDeino Posts: 1274 |
Actually I did respond to your quote: And without being mean, how would that be fair? I don't know if you were trying to come across sarcastic or not but to be honest i'm not really caring if you can't respond in a somewhat dignified fashion. | 2011-11-25 16:37:00 Author: craigmond Posts: 2426 |
Well, to me, it looks like you thought when I said "They'll get ripped off from their money", I meant it in a good way. I found that insulting and annoying. Plus, your post that was trying to contradict my post looked more like contradicting Grunger's. | 2011-11-25 17:10:00 Author: TheUltraDeino Posts: 1274 |
I'm sorry if I've upset you but I responded to you saying that it wouldn't be fair. I then went on to give my opinion on the topic about the transparent stickers. Maybe it wasn't too clear and i'm sorry for that but I just don't think your sarcastic comment was needed. In any case I'm not going to argue. I have said what I wish to say, if you wish to say more go ahead but just don't expect a response. | 2011-11-25 17:23:00 Author: craigmond Posts: 2426 |
the truth is Sony were stuck between a rock and a hard place. in order to utilise the MOVE they had to come up with valid uses and not just sell the MOVE to unsuspecting people who would not benefit. one of the many benefits just had to be a paint tool... the MOVE cried out for that above all else. in order to provide a canvas for that painting tool they had to create the sticker panel to showcase your work because the holographic material just couldn't cut it. MM/Sony couldn't lock the sticker panel into being a MOVE only option (you can use it for many things once you have it) because that's not the nature of LBP. so, what was they supposed to do? give away the main selling point for the MOVE? perhaps further down the line the sticker panel will become available for anyone to use, but until then it remains one of the biggest selling points and i certainly can't blame them for that | 2011-11-26 06:33:00 Author: GribbleGrunger Posts: 3910 |
