No, I have it working like that. It's been pointed out to me that floating platforms don't suit the theme though.
Because of this I would like to make it look like they are in fact held up, rather than floating.

Ohhh, well, since it's like Da Vinci's Hideout maybe the stickers in that category may be some inspiration. ^_^

Something like scaffolding or an arch? Maybe there could be some intricate system of levers, pulleys and weights holding them up. Or they could be the roofs of renaissance-style towers. You could do lots of things!

There are several decorations that may be good for this! one that is like a hindge with 2screws in it! may work well! have alittle look through and Im sure you'll find something in there! other then that you can always create something.... after all, thats what the games really all about!

I see you have some wood with a bolt on the bottom of the screenshot, use something similar? Or string perhaps? Have the rope pulled tight at a 45 degree angle. You could even do away with the anti grav tweaker and have a little bit of give in the rope which would look quite effective.2011-11-08 21:53:00

Placing them on a block or platform of material glued, bolted or with anti-grav like those already used would simply make it look less floaty. Use your theme and materials already used to keep it consistant.2011-11-09 11:54:00

It seems, the better question, after reading all these suggestions, is, what can't you use.2011-11-09 16:54:00

Cheese. Cheese would never work. It's entirely too soft.

I don't know how it would fit with your theme, but the history kit has some pretty nice support decorations.
