This is kind of a minor thing but, what if we could acctualy tweak a material to be another like say cardboard to wood? I know we can already change it to behave like wood, but it still would be cool.

I know we can already change it to behave like wood, but it still would be cool. it's funny you should put this up because i've been considering this for my 'realistic suggestions' thread. i don't know how easy it would be for MM to add it though. we have the material changer which works almost instantly so perhaps it IS realistic

Like an in game material changer activated by an input? That would be pretty cool. It can be imitated by destroying the object in question and re-emitted as the new material. I was thinking by the description of the OP that you meant that you could make wood explode like cardboard or sponge, which would be nice too...
