Unused Sound Object?

HellFire2345 and I have found a weird unused sound effect.

You know the Seated Skeleton object from LBP1? You know, this thing?

It makes a strange noise every time you pass it. In LBP2 for some reason now you can tweak it. The skeleton itself is a unique sound object. You can tweak it like a regular sound object, only when you try to change the sound itself, the menu is empty and it's stuck to your popit until you close it. Here's a video:

So I guess that the Seated Skeleton itself is it's own sound object.

Yes, if I remember this was found originally by lve_msg and fattymcintosh. Might have been FOREVER_DEAD also. Just be careful with it, because it is somewhat unstable when you are extracting it.2011-11-04 01:07:00

lve_msg and I found it by ourselves (not fatty) and Foreva-Dead found it.. immediately after. I won't say anything further about that...

FYI, a captured plasma ball imported from LBP1 will also act like a sound object. It's tweakable, can also be activated by a switch, and has that same glitched, empty sound menu.2011-11-09 23:32:00

Was it actually captured in LBP1 and then imported to LBP2? It won't work if you just plunk down the old MGS plasma ball from LBP2's Tools bag; it has to have been created in LBP1.2011-11-14 19:48:00

Oh wait, derp, I got it. I thought tweaking it would make it work as a sound object. I now realize you can just wire it up to something to make it make a sound.2011-11-15 00:34:00
