Uploading Images

How do I upload pictures from my computer onto my posts? When I try, it tells me to enter the URL of the photo, but I don't have one since I'm trying to upload from my computer.2011-11-03 05:46:00

Use an image hosting website, such as:

Imageshack (http://imageshack.us/)
Imgur (http://imgur.com/)
or
Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/)

Follow the instructions & then copy the direct image link into your post.

Well, there's a few ways you could go about it.

-When you're posting a thread/reply if you got to the "Advanced Edit" page you'll see a "Manage Attachments" button under "Additional Options", that will take you this page (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/newattachment.php?do=assetmanager&values[t]=64957&contenttypeid=1&poststarttime=1320296980&posthash=b4a5d5ca079ae8630573371cef8e58d8&insertinline=1). I'm not sure if that link will work but you should be able to find it anyway. I don't how to use attachments after that.

-You could add the pictures to an album which you can do on your profile page, then you can use their URL.

-If they're LBP pictures you can upload them to lbp.me and get the url from there.

-Or, and I find this to be the easiest way, you can sign up to somewhere like Photobucket or Flickr to upload your images there and then grab their URL.

The first two methods, if I remember correctly, will convert images to low quality .jpgs though. So use the latter two options if image quality is of concern. Hope this helps

EDIT: Wow, it took me 13mins to write this post, I need to type faster
