Alright, so I bought a Nirvana Deluxe Edition Nevermind CD from Best Buy about two or three weeks ago. I just opened it since I've been busy with school and being...sick. When I did, I found that the whole left side of the plastic case was split. This was not visible without opening the product, so if I can't get this exchanged I am going to feel screwed over. I haven't had this problem before and I don't know if Best Buy will let me exchange this or not since it is opened. Could someone who has dealt with a situation like this tell me if they'll allow me to get my money back or swap it out. I don't feel like running all the way up to Best Buy just to have them say "Deal with it." P.S. I've looked online for help with this, but have found nothing.

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
