If I were to get it, it'd be for the watch, but it looks like it'd be a part of the shirt. I'd like to see the watch as a separate hand item.

The bullet belt looks great for western themed stuff, as does the scarf, and the 5 O'clock shadow. And the belt looks cool. I doubt they are seperatly bits, but I sure hope so!
