LBP2 Cool page & Scoreboard news updates !

Pictures worth a thousand words ! As you can see MM appears to be finally addressing the Cool page. Fear not, for the cool may be put back into the Cool Pages !

Also in other related news the scoreboards seem to be getting some attention as well. We'll just have to be patient a little while longer my pretties.		2011-10-24 14:44:00

right! yeah i noticed a lot of that going on. has it been rectified already because i just went on to look and it seemed as if there were more great levels on there and i didn't see one givaway level... although i did have the filter on. speaking of which, what the heck does the auto filter do?		2011-10-24 20:45:00

Omg! Yes! Finally Cool Pages will be fixed and filled with actual level's instead of give aways and such! Can't wait for the scoreboard either, sounds like its going to be a great update! Trending levels are levels that are being queued the most. Cool levels are usually not cool at all, merely the levels that are getting played the most at a given time. I think that a level can only stay on cool levels for up to seven days after publish.

In all honesty, I think fixing it so that there are actually cool levels should be easy. Simply take the highest rated levels from the previous week (highest rated as in the best hearts to plays ratio or something similar) and put them up for the week.		2011-10-25 03:10:00

Scores haven't been recorded for months.. due to overlord glitch that allowed score givers, or anything for that mater, to be placed on your sackperson and exploited in levels. The glitch was patched and soon we will be able to record scores again. This is awesome news for both those who like to get top scores on levels and those who make those levels 2011-10-25 20:01:00

Could Mm do some sort of coding that filters out certain terms and words that clutter up the cool pages. For example, 'giveaway', 'free items', 'unamed level'. I guess we'll see when it's on back up online.

UPDATE: Looks like http://lbp.me/ is back up. The filters have changed but I can still still see a lot of free item levels, maybe not as much as before though. Activity lists are not there yet.		2011-10-26 12:39:00

To be fair, it worked fine in the beta, so they probably didn't know about this problem until the full release. But I do wish they'd patch it soon.		2011-11-16 23:10:00
