I don't think I've introduced myself yet

Hey, I'm timeslider. I'm 25, I know, I know I'm old, but I love creating. Offline I work for the army as a cargo specialist...not as cool as infantry but not everyone is that hi-speed.

How old are you guys & what do you do for a living (if you do work)?

Welcome aboard!

You're a year older than me. Your new name is Gramps.

There's a contingent of really, really old people (30+) here, too.

Is a cargo specialist part of the logisitics branch of the military?

Hi timeslider and welcome to LBPC! It's great to have you aboard. cool name btw, really like that. My age? Let's just say you're a young pup compared to me. Thank you for your service to our country. I served 10 years myself, both active and Army reserves. If you have any questions (LBP related) check out our extensive HELP (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?126-LBP2-Help!) and TUTORIAL (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?127-LBP2-Tutorials) sections. If you need anything else, feel free to ask. Most people here are really nice and more than happy to lend a hand. I hope you have fun and enjoy your time here and I look forward to seeing you around. Also, check back here in a little bit, some friends of mine will be by to welcome you and offer up some valuable links for you to check out. Check ya later, HUA!2011-10-24 12:39:00

Welcome to LBPC timeslider. I'm sure you wil enjoy it here. This is a great community filled with incredibly talented people, of all ages, from around the globe.

I think the oldest member I was ever aware of on this site was around 63, maybe 64 years old...did Ayneh just shudder . That just means this game has broad appeal, and caters to the child in all of us. The cool thing about LBP is it's rated "E" for everyone. My wife and I initially bought LBP for our daughter, who was 6 at the time. We were hooked the first time we saw that little Sack person wave it's arms. Three years, and several slap fests later, we have 2 copies of LBP1 and LBP2, and 2 PS3's, to ensure our entire family can enjoy this addictive game whenever we want...with no fighting over the controllers.

Also, there are some young teenagers on this site that would rival any adult when it comes to talent and creating awesome levels, as well as being able to converse on a deeply intellectual level. In essence, this site is a Hub for artists, with LBP being the common thread which brought us here.

Enjoy your stay, and we'll see you around.

Welcome to LBPC.
I also thank you for your service to our country. Being an Army brat myself, I know the sacrifices involved.

As for age.. poor Ayneh may faint.. there are many 25 or older here. (Many would be surprised to find out who they are)

Since my hubby (RickRock) has already told our story, I'll just add have fun exploring the site and meeting some great people!

Wow, thanks everyone! I don't feel so out of place now.

Ayneh, yes, a cargo specialist is part of the logisitics branch of the military. Like our song says: we load the ships, we load the planes.

biorogue, thanks! I look forward to using a lot of the tutorials I've see & would like to provide my own. (i've figured out how to record music in play mode) interested?

RickRock_777, Ummm cool!

Lady_Luck__777, I guess my problem is that I keep running into 6-8 year olds online (no offense) and would like to be friends with someone more on my level. I'm interested in collaborating if anyone's interested. I do epic logic and want to make awesome mini-games.

Thanks everyone!
