Hi guys, I'm still in a bit of a pickle here... I got some fonts from comphermc's Font Central and I tried to extract the letters from the set for my level badge, but nothing worked to separate them. Are the fonts more or less, for reference? If they are, how can I make letters from them?

Go here instead. http://lbp.me/v/4kvzqc More fonts than you could ever want, including Comph's. If you still want to do it the old fashioned way, copy the entire alphabet into your level, re-capture it and the new object you created will be editable.

Also, the font level is copyable, isn't it? I can't remember if I left it copyable. There is some semi-rare DLC, but I'm too lazy to go replace it. If you have the Vera Bee sticker pack, you should be able to copy the level. Otherwise, you can use the stamp method on any community font. Place the font into a block of material and then use that as a stencil to punch out your own letters. For most fonts you'll have to do only part of the alphabet at a time, as the stamp shape becomes too complex.

I don't remember there being any issue with your font kit comphermc, and it was copyable last I checked, which was around the time you said you were going in holiday. Afterc a major upgrade, my font kit that schm0 points you to has comphermc's fonts unlocked, but you need to be paitent... some people are saying it takes 10 mins to load! Still faster than cutting out all the fonts yourself but something I am working on addressing.

I couldn't copy the kit, I think it was because of sticker packs (valentine's day pack?) Oh my god, I'm in front of CompherMC!!!! Amen.

Yeah, when I first got the fonts, I had the same problem as the OP... Copying the level itself should solve that issue too. Good advice!

The only down side is not all the fonts are displayed in the level... And some of them, like the Digital font are made out of separate parts, which when stenciled end up as a single cutout. Others really don't like being cut out. It's very rare, but this is what lead me to create the font kits. Saving people time... I was really worried that I would 'steal' plays from the real creators or get hearts for a give away. I tried to put level links to encourage people to visit the creator's levels Arcas-X has a great font level. But he says he hasn't noticed a spike from my level. Every time my heart count has gon up I check to see if they played my other stages. So far everyone has. Long story short, I am more than happy to hand my CompherMC Font Kit back to the creator, especially if it saves him some time in trying to re-make his level. It means he can get back to tutorials faster in the new year. I miss his 'mmmkay' pause
