I dont really think its possible to pin down the best; of course, some people might thing a certain one is the best, but to me there is no "best". Theres just really, really good, and I have found lots that are like that. I could never refer to one of them as better than the rest, but of course, there are in fact other people with a different opinion than my own.

I agree with ATMLVE, the variety is too big and the audience's personal taste too diverse to define a best level. All we can do is point out our favourites. Mine is Foofles' "Essence of Madness". If I were to choose a top 3, I'd also include Comphermc's "Roller INC 2" and Ionpulsar's "A Wizard Did it: Chapter 1" [but don't expect part 2 anytime soon... or at all]. Edit: If I were to name a couple of relatively unkown series people should totally check out it'd be Blanchrocker's "Steam City" and Frozen50's "The Heist"

There is no way in the world I could narrow the awesomeness I have played, down to just one level. I have played thousands, and yes that's thousands with an "s", of levels and there is no one level to rule them all. Ha, that line reminds of the theater guy's voice. "In a world full of Shark survival and kill Justin Beiber levels and zombie levels with Real Waterz, there was one level that stood out. This level stood the test of time and became the one level to rule them all." Anyway, back on target. Like has been said before me. There is just really, really good. The minute I go, "This is the best level I have ever played!" My queue throws up an even better one. So, yeah. It's a matter of perspective.

Journey to the Moon by Bercilak (http://lbp.me/v/534m27) Nice level design, nice atmosphere, and it didn't have too many intrusive cutscenes.

For me, the best level is subjective. It is impossible for me to choose one definitive 'best' level, since there are so many levels that are great in their own unique way.

Julesy Jules Escape from the Death Star is probably one of the best I've played most recently, and a level that would easily be in my top 5.

I can't really determine the best I have played, but memorable ones include Mnniska's levels, Arabesk and, very recently, Rialrees' latest and soon to be launched series. And why they are memorable: because of how they made me feel.

Sacktracking by Mnnska is everything a LittleBigPlanet level should be. And Arabesk is one of the most impressive & stunning levels there is. Of course, they've already been mentioned here but this level hasn't http://lbp.me/v/z4h193.
