LoZ-The Great Tree

This level is amazing, it has amazing detail, awesome puzzles and a cool boss.
There is no way I can compete with this level, it's pointless. This level is awesome you should try it out. Any media or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah he's amazing. The only problem is i'm also making a LoZ series of levels, and it's gonna be hard to compete with him.2008-12-24 22:27:00

As long as you have fun making your levels, then that's all that really matters. I'm sure they'll be fun to play, and you have us here to help you out, too. 2008-12-24 22:35:00

and that Mad Mansion level.

Mad Mansion was made by geosautus, creator of World of Color and God of War: Demon Skull...

^Yes. You are exactly right! I get the names confused. No need for ellipses. It was a simple mistake.

As for the level, wow. Feels just like the first dungeon of Ocarina of Time aesthetic-wise.

I was down to my last life at the boss. Very cool level. Can't recommend enough.

'Twas amazing was it not? The boss took awhile to understand, but after I got the hang of it, it wasn't that bad.2008-12-25 04:30:00

Very much so. I thought I had to grab the boss itself, but then I saw what you had to do. It was still difficult timing it though. I was down to my last life. :02008-12-29 01:48:00

I have yet to see a really good mario/zelda/sonic level since all ive seen so far where crap..
gonna try it.. but when it comes to my idols.. (prev. named people) I will.. i repeat.. I will be 100% critical and will go on about every little detail that is wrong..
if its about the feeling, gameplay and looks..
it should be good!

if not.. give up to re-make levels from existing games

I played this level some days ago, it was amazingly well done! I didn't manage to find all of the 3 gold skulltulla's (that's the name, isn't it?) though, I should give it a try some day again...
But yeah, the boss was slightly confusing but once you got the hang of it, it was pretty straight forward.

I'll put it in the spoiler just in case no one wants to spoiled:
You have to drag something from the bottom left side of the room (under the platform where the checkpoint is) and move it under the boss to defeat it.

It's a Deku nut. And I believe there are four golden skulltulas (that is the name. And I found them all ) All Zelda related questions should probably go to the Zelda nerd... me.2008-12-31 06:02:00
