Im not sure where to find a punch sound effect, im not slapping for my punches so i cant get that smack sound either.

Have you tried "Impacts" category? "Whack" set pitch to -12 sounds close to a wooshing punch and "Big shack" at -6 sounds like punching a... err... sack. Trigger them in that order at about 0.5 sec difference sounds quite good... ok it only sounds like a wooshing punch umm... punching a sack. lol

Following up on zupaton's suggestion, a sequencer is ideal to stick your sound effects on and create a whole new one.

I'd try making two sounds activate at once. Maybe something from the impacts section and something from the whoosh section.
