So I'm trying to create a top-down rpg, a la LoZ: ALTP, and I'm having a hard time with it. Here's my problem: 1. At the beginning, I want people to select the main character by hopping on a controllinator. This isn't too hard but I want the players sackboy to appear in a different area than where the player hopped on the transmitting controllinator. I've played Frozen Flame on LBP2 and saw that it can be done. There's just no tutorial on how to do it. If any could help that would be awesome!

Well, if you put the transmitting controller on a piece of hologram set to 0% lighting, then keep the seat invisible or something like that. Then, put a chip on the controller your trying to control and tag the name to something like "seat". Than make a follower on the hologram that follows said tag wherever it goes. And lastly, make it ONLY follow the tag when you get into the seat by attaching the chip to the part that tells you if someone is in the seat. I used this for my own Top-Down stuff. Hope that helps.

Sackbots can be emitted in different places (not a bad thing to do as long as you know what to keep and not keep on your bot when it comes to remembering stuff). Alternatively, a sackbot can be moved to a location in a flash by enabling it to take seat in a DCS and activating an auto-mounting DCS with a huge radius at the location where you need your bot to go. Immediately after activation, drop the bot out and deactivate the DCS.
