my name is heaven_smiles, i am an aspiring LBP creator focused on creating atmosphere oriented dark horror and fantasy levels. after my first few baby step levels on LBP (all of which can be played if anyone feels so inclined psn: heaven_smiles) i am now putting hundreds of hours into my first serious level on LBP2. i am looking to meet other fans and creators of this genre for tips and critique so that i can fully realise my visions. i love LBP. hello to you all!

cool visarar i checked your levels and added you, i think i played apple labyrinth (you spelled it wrong btw) before, i like the fiendish complexity but i got hopelessly stuck after getting in to the attic, what's the trick? you gotta get on LBP2 i'm working on my first LBP2 level right now, there's no comparison so many more features. if you need a hand unlocking things let me know.

Hello there heaven_smiles. Welcome to LBPC. I find the "CONFLICT" of your PSN ID and your choice of genre intriguing. Some advice...maybe...I've played thousands of levels in LBP since 2008, and when it comes to dark or horror levels, the innocence of a little Sackboy running around in such a level tends to ratchet down the horror aspect a bit. If you can overcome the embedded humor of such a cute little thing, you stand a good chance of creating something that is actually skeery. See you around.

wow thanks everyone for the kind welcome! heaven_smiles is a reference to the game killer 7, one of the darkest freakiest games ever. so i have suda 51 to thank for that contrast, can't take any credit there. except that it's actually supposed to be heaven smile and i screwed it up, but then it was too late so heaven smiles it is. my imagination is 10 out of 10 evil, my actions are maybe 1 out of 10 evil, this contrast exists through choice as opposed to cowardice. i love dark art, darker the better, i think the id should be given free reign through creativity, exorcise those demons before they bleed into reality. not a new thought by any means, but i do agree with it. the little sackthings do make otherwise horrific levels rather cute, and i'm starting to turn my back on the gory horror stuff and go for more of a dark fantasy that incorporates the cuteness while maintaining the sinister moods. also with LBP2 sackthings can be removed from the equation, i believe i will explore this with my next level. and i'm done with this highly egotistical post, i hope i addressed all the questions put to me by you fine people!

You can change your name once you have enough points, but you could PM a mod and maybe they could change it for you? Mods typically expect a blood sacrifice on a full moon before they'll do something like that, though.
