How can I remove certain (possibly offensive) levels of mine during my suspension?

Archive: 6 posts

Hello. I'm currently suspended (30-day) for an offensive item in a level I published.

I'm fully aware of the terms of use of LBP and was not trying to purposely publish offensive levels, but apparently they went too far.

I have a series of levels called 'walrus'. There are 4 of them. On Monday, Sep. 26th, my account was suspended for 7-days due to an offensive object in level #4, which was a new level I had published recently. Level #4 was removed by a moderator, I got rid of the offensive object within the level, and it was then 'OK status' to re-publish. The suspension lifted on Monday, Oct. 3rd. Two days later (today, Thursday, Oct. 6th), a 30-day suspension started due to an offensive object in level #1, which had been published for over a year. The level was removed by a moderator, and I did not re-publish.

So now, there are 3 'walrus' levels still published: #2, #3, and the OK version of #4. Since this was my second suspension in just 2 days of being back on, I'm really scared about getting into any more trouble, so I'd like to remove ALL of my remaining 'walrus' levels, just in case, but I cannot do so because that account is suspended.

I was told by a Sony support staff member over the phone (1-800-345-SONY) that I could contact a LBP level moderator directly through the official us.playstation.com forums about getting those levels removed to avoid any more trouble.

I didn't see any option for contacting an LBP2 level moderator on us.playstaion.com. So...

1. Anyone know how I contact an LBP2 level moderator about getting those levels removed?

2. During my 30-day suspension, if anything is found in my remaining levels to be offensive, will I get into even more trouble? Will more days be added to my current suspension or anything like that?

Sadly, I don't think you can. Well, there is one way. You could get a friend to post a comment/ review to tell no one to play it. But, if it is not a high trafic level it shouldn't be a huge problem.

EDIT: After looking at your LBP.me page, it might have to do with your played levels recently...

Ungreth apparently had some success using the email address in this post (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=63645-Banned-from-PSN-for-something-I-DID-do!&p=932978&viewfull=1#post932978).

I don't think so, but those are quite odd named levels! I'm curious to see what's in there - though, I'm not sure I want to know...

Phew! Saved me the time tacking that down. He got a specific response also, not just a generic email which was useful.

It's a shame that your levels are being reported Turbo_Egg_Salad, I think that they are amazingly well crafted, but can also understand why they would be reported. Although I don't agree with the fact that they are being reported.

Maybe make a 'Walrus' account to protect your master account, you know an account that never buys anything, but luckily can use all of the LBP DLC on your system.
