Good morning/afternoon/night people, Hows it going? I am a new(ish) and fresh creator with lots of ideas, and my current project (besides Wired) is a paper mario game for littlebigplanet(2) I sort of have an idea for a name (Either Paper Sackboy or Cloth Sackboy ) So what is paper mario? If you don't know what paper mario is, its a game where you play as a 2d sort of squished mario in a 2d world, its pretty much all paper, and its just an amazing game : D, if you want more details google it, i highly reccomend this game either the N64 version or Paper mario thousand year door for gamecube, super paper mario for wii doesnt stay true to its origins.Anyway! Back to my level. What do you do in Cloth Sackboy? Well people, in Cloth Sackboy, you play as a Sackboy, in which you will explore a 2d type world (no it is not physically 2d, there will still be 3 layers in which you move and maybe even background using the 3d glitch (if it still works?) But scenery like trees, will be thin and look almost squished like there made of, paper . So, what is the storyline? The storyline is, one day you wake up in your house, and you hear something outside. When you go outside its a peaceful calm land of green, you see your mailbox's Arm pushed up, you will be prompted to press O once you stand infront of the mailbox. After pressing O you will get a pop up window, its a letter. If you read the letter you will see its an invitation to the pizza parlor downtown because you won a contest for a free pizza, as you head downtown and enter the pizza parlor, you will notice the town is deserted. Once inside the pizza parlor, it will be smashed and tables will be overturned (paper tables that is) If you Explore into the back you will notice a door, if you press O you will enter a small room, Not much in the room, except some boxes most likely holding pizza, You will hear a clunk and the door behind you will lock. After doing a few things and escaping you will come out on the roof of the pizza parlor, once jumping down you will notice the whole town is destroyed and theres a person standing in the middle. (Cant reveal anymore sorry :F but basically you have to go on an adventure to collect 7 items and then use them to defeat the final boss and Restore the kingdom and town to its former glory. What are some of the features? Well, there is partners that will follow you and help you in fights, new items you must collect in order to collect the certain fragments of the 7 items, and partner abilities outside of battle. What do you need us for? I need you guys to help me in these departments: MUSIC CREATOR(S) (Music creators (In my opininon) are the most important people, music is what enchances the game experience if its made right) Logic Engineers (im ok with logic, so this one isnt HIGHLY needed, but a helping hand always... helps (facepalm) Graphics/Background/Scenery creators (also has a high high high importance to the game.) Beta testers (wont be needed for a while) So far i have this much done: An Idea : D So, just fill this out if you wish to applie to help. I agree, Papper mario on the N64 and GC where great, disapointing for Wii tho.
