Hi, I am new to this site and first off, how grat is it that there is a place to meet online. Myself: I have 6 Levels- 2 are for kicks and 4 are platformers. My most recent one I am most proud of because I really feel I let my imagination flow while creating it (Parlour Town). I am always looking to friend LBP players and I am still in limbo to get LBP2. Dont have time to create in LBP 2 but would love to transfer 3 of my levels there if possible. Don't know how compatible the two versions of LBP are at this time. LBP friend with LBP 2 thinks I should transfer my latest one. He said the level would really "Pop" visually. Thanks, L-I-M-I

Welcome! Glad ya made it! LBP1 and LBP2 are pretty compatible.. there are some lighting differences and other special effects that are more pronounced in the new version like fire for example. There are some other things, but mostly lighting. Personally I would just leave it alone, but if you aren't getting LBP2 then that is the only option you have as you have to have the new version to be able to publish it as LBP2 from your moon. ...and yup, your moon as well as all your costumes and everything in your popit does transfer. Have fun!
