Yeah, so.. Ages ago I saw this episode on TV. I thought it was from the Twilight Zone, but after searching a bit, I'm not so sure. What I can remember: A regular family gets a (lifelike) robot nanny, the father lusts(?) (I can't remember if it went further than that) over the robot, and the wife gets jealous. Then... they fight or something??? And in the end it turns out... (SPOILER ALERT) the wife was also a robot! Can anyone help me out?

Sounds like every episode of the Twilight Zone that was ever made... EVER. Twilight Zone story arch (every episode) 1- Normal guy 2- Awesome thing 3- Awesome thing is bad!!! 4- Guy doesn't realize it, is a jerk. 5- ????? 6- BLANK was the awesome/bad thing the whole time. 7- Profit.

Sounds like it could also be from "The Outer Limits." I remember seeing something similar to that theme.
