turns out the government will run out of spending money by this friday afternoon, and after that it will cause a whole nother deprression again if they dont do anything about it NOW. if they dont, were all doomed! and the gov is battling eachother with a myraid of conflicts. what is happening to this world most of us in the u.s. live in? i for one hope that thiss doesnt happen, and that obama doesnt remain president otherwise thats the end for all of us.

Hey, they gave thousands of millions to the people that f'd everything up, are you REALLY expecting them to fix all of this within the week? xD Obama is not the problem, its the ENTIRE government, until people realize that, and do something about it its when things may have a chance of getting fixed... Well... I think Congress and the President could do a bit of good by slashing their own personal budgets and refuse to take a paycheck. Show some good faith to the people by setting an example rather than wasting all our money pampering themselves and still not able to get anything accomplished. Quite a few of them are millionaires and really don't need the money, but they happily take it anyway even though there are a ton of people out of work. Term limits would be a nice touch as well..

The reason we have money problems at all is the fact that our people are afraid of the words of Marx. They all think taxes are bad, and socialism is evil. If we raised taxes to say... %70 of the income, and incorporated government housing, schooling, medicine, and energy, we might find our money problems fixing themselves. The problem is the super conservative movements in the US that seek huge tax and program cuts. These are not solutions, they are blind attempts to solve the problem using backwards logic. The government gets it's money from we, the people. If there are large tax cuts, it is like we are laying off the government, and purposefully putting ourselves in even more debt. Now I understand that over 50% of your income sounds like a lot, but when you stop paying insurance, stop paying for your house, and stop paying for school, it is hardly anything. That is the part that people cannot seem to grasp.

I am saying that our current government is a waste of money. Massive reform is needed to keep us afloat. We cannot keep hold of our cold war grudges much longer. Socialism is the answer, and we, as Americans, are too bull headed to see it.

well they just passed a bill funneling in $1 billion forstalling it and averting it for now says msnbc, however i dont think it will last very long unless they quit horsing around and actually start getting things done... ahh but that is just wishful thinking...
