Yea I have a gif set but its not moving... Any help on this? (I bought Ultimate Upgrade)

My guess would be you exceeded the filesize limit for avatars. Does a smaller animated gif image work?

You have it set as a jpeg. try and save it as a gif.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 125 by 125 pixels or 512.0 KB (whichever is smaller). My guess is that you probably exceeded one of those limits.
