What kind of capture card do you recommend?

So, the title is the question. What kind of HD capture card do you recommend? I would like one with HDMI, that i can (preferably) connect my PS3 to, then connect the card to the TV. Oh, and it has to work on Windows, because it is the only kind of desktop I have.
