I recently started working on a recreation of my favorite superhero/b-movie, and was wondering, how many of you have actually seen The Pumaman (including the MST3K version)? For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, check IMDb.

I remember that MST3K episode; man was that was a hilariously bad movie, though at least Vadinho turned out to be one of the most competant sidekicks relative to the "superhero." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDdVjWtorM8 So, is your remake going to be a "faithful" take on the original? A more serious version? Or something more tongue and cheek and even more ridiculous?

It's going to be a (mostly) "faithful" remake. It's going to capture everything that is stupid and nonsensical without adding any of my own sarcasm or making it even more ridiculous. There are a few places where I have to make some cuts due to my level of skill with the tools, time, and the whatnot, but the final product will be very close to the original (and possibly almost as long). It will have gameplay integrated into it, but it may be mostly cinematic. We'll see. Here's a link to a short preview I made. (http://lbp.me/v/6mk3f4)
