Welcome to our biggest competition so far! Make a game, win a crown!

LittleBigLand proudly presents: Crowns for Games!!

Our very first crown competition in LittlleBigPlanet2, LBL has a big history when it comes to crown contests so it was a big challenge to come up with something bigger then our last one. And we did, where last time there where 4 crowns to win there are now 6 crowns waiting for the very best creators of LBL.

This time we going to create games in LittleBigPlanet, we all know that LBP gives us all the tools to create any game we want and that is exactly what we asking from you, create us a awesome game and you get a crown for it! This is one BIG competition made up of 6 different contests. The theme of this competition is "Crowns for Games". Each contest consists of a game genre. All 6 winners will receive a LBP prize crown and a very rare LittleBigLand in-game pin.

Need some inspiration?
We have published an official competition level series on LBP2 to inspire all sack peeps who are interested in competing for those shiny crowns.

So err.. what are the rules?

1) This is a competition for LittleBigPlanet PS3 (not PSP) and this isn't an online create competition. You are allowed to get your friends to help you but there's only one of each prize to give out. If you have friends helping you then the prizes will go to the one person that has published the level and no one else.
2) You must name your level like this: LBL:C4G-your level name.
3) You must put in the description of your level: "This is my entry for the LittleBigLand crowns for games competition"
4)There can be no republishing of your level once the deadline has passed, if you need to republish because of something serious, then contact a moderator to get permission first.
5)The level must be a new level that was created especially for this competition.
6) You may enter only one category for this contest, if you post more then only the first entry will count.
7) Your level must be published on the lbp servers and posted in the entry tread of your genre of choice before December 15th 11:59pm GMT

FAQ!?
1) You can use any dlc pack in your level/game
2) If you include move controls in your level then you got to mention that in your entry post so that we can make sure it will be judged by somebody who has the right equipment.
3) You can use LittleBigPlanet or LittleBigPlanet 2 to create your game
4) You may use glitches in your entry
5) All levels/games must comply with psn rules
6) There will be 6 winners, 1 for each category, runners up will not be announced.
7) The prizes, crown and pin will be awarded to the psn where the level is published on, you can not give away the crown or the LBL pin
8) Judging will be done by LBL team members and slected members of LittleBigLand.
9) The use of DLC will not improve or decrease your chances of winning, everything may be used but you got the same chance as levels without DLC
10) Everybody got the same chance of winning, long time members and the very new one have the same chance, judging will be done in the fairest way possible but we will not discuss or defend our ways.
11) After the announcement of the winners we expect everybody to respond in a mature and kind manor, it's just a game, never forget that

And here is my own video announce of this Competition with all promo levels:

Yes, RTS is more than tanks shooting each other. As long as it fits the real-time strategy genre it's fine. 2011-09-24 09:43:00
