Is anyone else annoyed with the new facebook update? In my opinion, they are turning into myspace. | 2011-09-22 04:09:00 Author: alaskadawn Posts: 101 |
I don't know what's more unnecessary: the update itself or the people complaining about the update? | 2011-09-22 05:41:00 Author: bonner123 Posts: 1487 |
If there wasn't an update, there wouldn't be people complaining about it. | 2011-09-22 05:52:00 Author: alaskadawn Posts: 101 |
People seem to hate everything that Facebook does. If no one automatically assumed it is bad, then I think they'd see it from a more balanced perspective. I think they're going in the right direction, but this is a bit cluttered. Facebook is free, and is a privilege. It is not a right. If you don't like it, go to Google +. I know I will. | 2011-09-22 06:36:00 Author: tomodon246 Posts: 624 |
I fail to undertand why websites are constantly changing stuff around, display-wise. Especially when they're places with a big social gathering, like YouTube & Facebook. How does the old saying go? If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Hint, hint admin. | 2011-09-22 09:22:00 Author: Mr_T-Shirt Posts: 1477 |
Everyone will be complaining about it for about a week. Then people wont mind the update. Always the same thing. | 2011-09-22 16:21:00 Author: Alec Posts: 3871 |
This is basically what happened: Google+ is out, so Facebook is trying to keep everybody satisfied by adding more options, updates, etc. IMO, people will ditch Facebook not because Google+ has more stuff, but simply because everybody will be like "facebook is so old; Google+ is new!" and that nonsense. | 2011-09-22 22:30:00 Author: CyberSora Posts: 5551 |

Some will, but I logged on Facebook today, since Google+ has been a bit... "sparse" I Immediately went back. Its basically half-a**ing what Google+ did, and nerfing the good interface. Add in the fact its lagging up my computer, and Google+ doesn't... I'm not gonna be on Facebook much for the moment. | 2011-09-23 05:45:00 Author: theswweet Posts: 2468 |

To be honest, I always hated Facebook. It was good in the beginning, but then I saw how worthless it became when my friends spent more time on it than in real life. Too much drama came out of it and I had more fun going around town with them instead of posting a funny pic. Add to the fact that the new people I met were the types that brag about having more "Friends" was just stupid. IMO, Facebook ******ed up. They had a lot of people using their service, and Google+ has barely been launched. Nobody wants to go through the hassle of making another account somewhere else, so Google+ would have died in a few months; however, Facebook, being scared of the competition, thought it would have been smart to make this update which I believe is the reason it's killing them. Had they stayed the way they were and they wouldn't have had to worry. Really, are they even trying to stay on top anymore or are they just purposely sabotaging themselves? | 2011-09-27 17:54:00 Author: CyberSora Posts: 5551 |
And dang you coconuts, I was going to post that. The fast eats the slow. | 2011-09-28 06:37:00 Author: Coconuts Posts: 384 |
They should do an update where FaceBook is stripped down to nothing but the chat function. That's all I use it for, and all my friends seem to use it for, but you could be sure that everyone would ditch it anyway. Is Google+ released to the non-invited public now? | 2011-09-28 17:59:00 Author: kirbyman62 Posts: 1893 |
it seems to me that its really ***, and with all of these unneeded add ons. yes they really are kinda overdoing it, just like myspace. | 2011-09-28 18:27:00 Author: Unknown User |

The fast eats the slow. Not so, D&D has proven time and time again that the hasty are eaten by giant worms posing as caves, and the slackers will have a head start when it's time to run. | 2011-09-29 06:45:00 Author: RagTagPwner Posts: 344 |
Yes. Where were you these past few days? Lol, I kept saying I couldn't be bothered to go on because no-one else was, and never actually checked | 2011-09-30 22:09:00 Author: kirbyman62 Posts: 1893 |
