if you try taking pictures of sticker panel, it appears pixelated, only around the sticker panel, though. Any ideas about how to get around this? Tried- front view regular view Preview mode Play mode

See if it does the same thing if you add a piece of -nearly- invisible holo in-front of the sticker panel? Even if the holo is glowing in-front, just to check if it does it.

I think there's a restriction in the game where it stops you turning any sticker panel into your own sticker. See if you could take pictures of anything, you could easily pass DLC around by taking snapshots of the stickers and sending them to your mates. Maybe this is a built in copy protection thing? I don't think you can use DLC stickers in the paint tool either, as the same thing can be done. Then again I don't know for sure, this is a just my guess at why your problem's occurring.

The thing is... It may be great and all for protection, but it made my newest level's icon look terrible. it's also bad if I want to take a picture of a level utilizing sticker panel often.

Have you tried drawing everything as a sticker and using that as an icon? Like, lets say you made a backdrop in Create with text. Take a snapshot of that. Then you can use that as the background in Paint mode and draw the rest in.
