This sounds cool! I am a huge Fallout fan, so I will be sure to check this out By the way, if it's what the pics are showing, it is called Vault Boy. Pip Boy refers to the Pip-Boy 3000 that the main character from the game wears on his arm.

Okay thanks ill update the name of the level to vault boy and also change some of the green stickies to vault boy name. I have fallout3 its just i always thought his name was pip boy since i google imaged it and tons of vault boys appeared in photos. Edit: Yes it appears to be the same in the photos you have to add the stickers to your torso and back : 1. one back sticker 2. one front sticker 3. blue color sticker for the legs and arms.
