| I had posted this question on Compher's (http://www.littlebigplanetarium.com/topic/1720-lbplanetorial-25-ladder-climbing/) thread since it was the point of reference that I had based my question off of. I'm also aware of this thread (http://www.littlebigplanetarium.com/topic/1495-disable-certain-signals-dcs-logic/). Which I did try. It just isnt working. Its almost like the extra DCS I added is being overridden by the first one for the ladder climbing. I don't suppose there is a limit to the amount of "animations" you can put on a sackbot in terms of MCs & DCS, aside from Thermo. FACT: I'm having one of those brain fart moments here where I'm trying to use the same logic from the tutorial in conjunction with another animation where my bot uses the L2 and the left analog stick left/right input to point at an object (tag sensor) and emits a sword via the user pressing only the X button. FACT: Now my problem comes in when he starts jumping ! That I do not want. just the animation at a certain point. Any other time the X button can control the jumping as it should. I've tried the following: My method turned out to be a work around with nasty side effects. I have the main DC's (that controls the ladder animation & this animation) X output hooked into one side of an AND gate. The other side of the AND gate's input is coming from a Tag sensor. The Output of the AND gate feeds a MC with an Anti Gravity Tweaker with dampering set to max (yuck!) and a battery set to max feeding a Direction Combiner the positive side only. The out put of that feeds the left analog stick left/right and an OR gate that feeds the L2. http://ie.lbp.me/img/fl/8aeed1e10883e70dcf9c01ce2945a83691980355.jpg Like I said it was a work around method and I'm not very happy with the way it looks in terms of game play its.
