Intrusive Ads

| Let me begin by stating that I usually have my volume fairly loud so that I can listen to music clearly, even when I'm not actually listening to music. Recently while browsing the site, I my mouse cursor passed over an ad, which produced a very loud (and annoying) sound file. Because my volume was somewhat high and it was unexpected, it kind of hurt my ears. An ad should never be allowed to play sounds without user consent... I feel as though this ad provider should be contacted. In case you were wondering, the ad in question was some fake facebook friend request (probably some kind of phishing scam or SMS subscription crap). | I agree with you - ads should never behave in this manner. I'll report this to our ad server immediately.
