I go onto the cool pages and it comes up with this: vBulletin Message And it says my account cant access it as its awaiting activation or it doesn't have the privileges, but i have activated my account and i don't know how big the privilege is..? Help?

Help? Have you went to your E-Mail since you joined to activate your account? If so, I'd contact the Admin or Mods. The cool levels can be accessed by anyone, even guests. So it's weird that you can't. Try again, maybe it was just a one-off bug?

I can't see any obvious reason for this - the account seems to have been activated. Is this problem still occurring?

It is because they attempted to create a thread in the cool pages. On a hunch, I just tried and you get that message. Threads automatically migrate to Cool Pages after 20 replies (the 21st post). You have to get some traffic to get your level thread up there rather than attempting to just create one there. The create new thread is up there in Cool Levels, but just ignore it and start in the Level Showcase.
