Move Pack FAQ: Out now!

Archive: 130 posts

This is largely aimed at people who don't have a Move controller, and are wondering if it's still worth buying the Move Pack or not, but it was worth including some more detail for people who do have the Move controller. For additional information, see the official website (http://www.littlebigplanet.com/en/game_guide/ps3/downloadable_content/littlebigplanet_2_move_pack/), and the LBP Wiki (http://wiki.lbpcentral.com/LittleBigPlanet2:_Move_Pack).

Corrections for existing answers, and suggestions for additional questions, are welcomed.

How much does the Move Pack cost?

From the official website: ?6.29 / ?7.99 / US $9.99

What are the new Move-related tools in the pack?

The Paint tool, which lets you create custom stickers with an alpha channel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpha_compositing).
The Motion Recorder which is a bit like an Advanced Mover, but lets you record a custom movement path.
The Movinator which is the Move-equivalent of the Controlinator.
The Movinator Cursor which allows you to tweak, and attach logic to, the cursor used by the Movinator.
The Brain Crane which is a powerup allowing you to quickly add Move functionality to platformer-style levels.

There are many other new bits n' pieces, but those are the only ones which require a Move controller to use them to their full potential.

Which of the new tools/prizes can I use in Create Mode without a Move controller?

All of them with the exception of the Paint tool. Additionally, you won't be able to record motion on the Motion Recorder tool, but you can still use copies of recordings created by other people.

Can I play the new Story Levels on my own without a Move controller?

Sadly not. Your only option is to join a game being hosted by someone who does have one.

N.B. In order for this to work, the host must select the LittleBigPlanet?2: Move Pack photo from the More Stories menu, so the screen with all the Move Pack level patches is visible, before inviting anyone who doesn't have a Move controller, otherwise they won't be able to get to that screen.

Which of the new tools/prizes can I unlock on my own without a Move controller?

Very few, unfortunately. Most of the prizes are in the Story Levels, but you can unlock the Movinator, Movinator Cursor, Motion Recorder, Paint tool, and the Sticker Panel material by playing the new tutorials.

Which of the new tools/prizes can I unlock by joining someone who does have a Move controller?

All of them, although it's worth noting that there are two areas which require two Move controllers to get the prize bubbles: three bubbles in the Welcome To The Valley Of The Sackbots level, and two bubbles in the Underground Runaround level, for five bubbles total.

However, if the host has two DualShock controllers and a Move controller, they can get all these by switching the allocation of the Move controller between the two DualShocks, although it's a little fiddly.

Check out the Find Other Happy Gadders (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?43-Find-Other-Happy-Gadders) forum if you need to find someone with a Move controller.

What are the 17 new Music Sequencer Instruments?

These have been previously posted (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=63161-Move-pack-sequencer-instruments), but there were a few minor errors, so...

Plucked: Col Legno (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Col_legno)*
Plucked: Double Bass Pizzicato (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pizzicato)
Plucked: Ektara (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ektara)
Plucked: Koto (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koto_(musical_instrument))
Plucked: Nylon String Guitar
Plucked: Strings Legato (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legato)
Plucked: Strings Pizzicato
Tuned Percussion: Glass Harmonica (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass_harmonica)
Tuned Percussion: Kalimba (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thumb_piano)
Tuned Percussion: Marimba (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marimba)
Tuned Percussion: Music Box
Tuned Percussion: Tubular Bells
Tuned Percussion: Vibraphone
Voice: Choir Aahs
Wind: Bassoon
Wind: Brass
Wind: Clarinet

* This is just a style of playing a stringed instrument - the actual instrument is unspecified, but presumably a violin based on the image. This was the instrument previously referred to as "Violin spiccato (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiccato)", which isn't quite the same thing.

I can't find the Paint tool in my popit. Where is it?

Some users have reported that the Paint tool doesn't appear after playing the Move Pack for the first time. Fortunately, in all cases, it seems that quitting and restarting LBP2 will cause it to appear in its proper place, i.e. on the first page of your Tools Bag when you're in Create Mode, and on all pages of the Stickers & Decorations page when you're in Create Mode, or in your Pod.

I really hope they consider making the paint tool controller capable in the future. Really don't want to have to charge my Move every time I want to edit a sticker.

Anyway, can't wait for all those new Decs!!!! Great stuff. It's like Christmas!

Thanks Aya, that answers a lot of the questions I had. With the move stuff being on sale at Gamestop I may actually get this. I'll probably end up getting the pack anyway, just for the sticker panel.2011-09-13 19:41:00

Nice post Aya! Thanks!

I always thought the Move controller looked more like a Mr Microphone, but I suppose I will break down and get one as well as the Move DLC.

Well, at least we can get our hands on Sticker Panel without having to join someone who has a Move.

Well worth it - it's definately the most awesome DLC pack (including LBP1 packs) to date, IMO, and you really need a Move controller to get the most out of it.

Dayum, no concrete price for Britain yet.

Yeah, it's a little strange they didn't include the GBP price in the EU blog post. Given the last two level packs had a 5:4 price ratio of USD:GBP, then that'd make it ?7.99, but it's too speculative to include in a FAQ.

Excellent FAQ, Aya.

Oh, you're just saying that because it mentions your level.

Yeah.. the motion recording and paint option sold me... and some of the levels I played from it in St Louis were pretty fun. I just wasn't going to worry about getting it till the DLC was out.

Exactly the same as holographic with the addition on an opacity tweak.

Turning brightness down to 0% will make the sticker/material completely black (or whatever colour you set it to).
Turning opcaity down to 0% will make it invisible.

Does the Paint Tool have to be used in Create Mode, or can I just whip it out in the midst of a level and make a sticker?2011-09-14 01:51:00

The paint tool can only be used in create mode and in the pod... I played it, but i cant find it in my popit. Can anyone help? I did watch the whole video... finished the first level... but nothing.

So far, the levels are just as good as you would expect from MM, and If you have a move, I think its worth buying!

sniped.

I cant check now.

During the second level, it has a small section, and a sackbot says that you can get in paint in the pod or create mode. I went into create mode, and its not there.

I havent finished all the levels yet... one more untill the boss. I have high hopes for the rest of the pack, becuause the levels I did finish exceded my expectations! Would anyone agree that this is one of the best visuals (maby gameplay) MM has made? I mostly love the realism in the levels, but it still has the awsome classic LBP feel.2011-09-14 03:07:00

I really enjoyed the final boss. It's the most fun I've had playing this game in quite a while.

Though I'm still trying to warm myself up to the Move, as I've used it very little up until today, but I can't help but feeling it's gimmicky.

Ive played all the levels and the tutorial multiple times in both pod and create, no paint tool, restarting now.

EDIT: sure enough, there it is. It is in the sticker section. I am pretty sure we got the paint tool in the first or second level, but I could be mistaken and it may have come when I bought the pack and was just hiding until I restarted. I doubt you get it from the tutorial as it is a video and was available to everyone before the release. This may be a good thing to add to the FAQ to avoid further confusion.

Since the PlayStation Eye doubles as a mic, is there a way to turn it off? I don't want others to hear me when I play online.

And on that note, anyone interested in collecting the X2 bubbles? Just give me a shout.

It may be off by default, but you can check the settings from the XMB or in LBP, under "Voice Chat Settings" - there are options for input and output devices, so just disable the input device.

Is it just me? or does almost the whole MOVE-pack's levels expect
you to be playing with two players in order to get all gifts?
I'm not even talking about the x2 areas... I noticed that there are tons of odd places
that need you to have another sackperson to toss in order to get the gift...
I think things like that should only be in x2 or higher areas, anywhere else is confusing and a bit annoying.

Definately not just you - I thought along similar lines, although I can only think of a couple of places (other than the marked 2x areas) which seem to require 2 players - most notably, on the roof of the house with the 'attic' in the first proper level. I spent ages trying to work out how to get there with only one player.

I have only fiddled with the Move Paint tool half an hour or so, but to me it seems there are no way to import custom stickers (taken with the good old photo tool), onto your Move Paint canvas?

I may very well have missed it, but if not,I think that's a fairly huge oversight on Mm's part...

Use the Sticker brush

...which worked fine in the beta, but looks like they changed it in retail.

I'm guessing it's a mistake on their part, because you can paint with PS Eye stickers, and other paintings, just not in-game pics taken with the camera. Probably worth raising on getsatisfaction ASAP so, hopefully, it could make it into the 1.07 patch.

Edit: Thinking about it, though, it may have been a deliberate choice on MM's part, otherwise the following could happen...

User with DLC sticker, say from Vera Bee Kit, puts sticker on Sticker Panel and takes a photo of it.
They load it into the Paint tool, use the eraser to cut around it, and save it.
They put it in a prize bubble and publish it, and anyone who plays the level gets the DLC sticker for free.

It'll have pretty awful resolution compared to the original, but, still much better than you'd get by photographing it with the PS Eye.

But, not being able to share DLC stickers is most likely the reason that you can't paint with any DLC stickers directly.

Cheers. I'd quite like to be able to do this too. I suck at using the Paint tool, so being able to build your picture out of materials, taking a photo, then using the Paint tool just to add transparency is really handy.

I just updated my post with a possible reason as to why it might have changed deliberately, but it could equally just be an oversight.

Correct. You can access "My Paintings" and "My Photos", but not "My Pictures". Same applies to choosing a background image.

"The Motion Recorder which is a bit like an Advanced Mover, but lets you record a custom movement path."

Question: Does this mean you can record a path of a platform or moving obstacle, say it goes up and down then left and right. Then have that platform/obstacle play its recorded path in your level if it is not a purely move supported level that you're creating?

I spent ages trying to work out how to get there with only one player.

I saw at least 3 non mini-game levels that had at least 3
spots that seem to need a 2nd player in order to get the gifts.
But 1 or 2 I could have just not tried hard enough on I suppose. I only have 1 controller and 1 MOVE.
so in order to get that stuff I just changed my controller number and that pops out another sackperson
that lasts about 10 seconds. then I picked it up and tossed it at the bubbles~ XD *mew

PS. sense when did when you join others and turn your controller off,
if you leave it turned off to long the game will auto kick you saying
you have been kicked from the game to make room for players who don't
have their controllers turned off, or something along them lines.
so now we get auto kicked if we leave our controllers turned off? (0.o)

You're kidding! That will probably be way more easier then tinkering with pistons, logic and movers. Depending on the effect or path you want.2011-09-14 16:14:00

Anyone from the U.K. surprised by the price?

At the moment, $9.99 is ?6.33 so we're actually paying lower than the conversion rate for a change!

Yup. But unless they did something about it in the final product you'll need an extremely steady hand to make straight lines and hovering in place look good.

Is it possible to detect what type of controller is being used by each player and assign them to a controlinator/movinator based on that?2011-09-14 16:56:00

It's a little easier if you hold the Move vertically, as explained in the in-game tutorial.

See this post (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=63273-Move-Does-the-Activate-input-on-the-Move-Cursor-even-work&p=927582#post927582), although it's probably worth reading the whole thread.

Ah yes true, never thought of that. It will interesting to see what sort of path you can get simply by using your not so steady hand.

Yes, you could use your own objects and stickers in the beta as stamps. I have loads of sprites as objects. I was planning on simply turning them into stickers but now I'm going to have to go back to the ol' corner edit tool.

Thanks for your response

Wasn't aware you could do that in the beta, but you can't use them in retail.

WHAT?!?!
Are you saying you can't make objects into stickers anymore?! That's the entire reason why I wanted the paint tool... Seriously Mm, why would you take this out?! Okay I sound like a raging 11 year old right, but still, I was really looking forward just to that one, single feature.

And did you expect anything else? this is LBP we are talking about here. they always make the levels easy...
unless you are trying to ace. then sometimes they make it to way to hard to do so. (>.>)
but anyways they want the game to be fun. not hard.

Also Am I the only one who was sad what happened to the last boss? :S
I liked the boss best as a character in this story. *mew

I think you get it in the Arts Section,

Excuse me, but I'm confusion, I can't use any sticker in my paint tool ("You did not collect anything that can appear there") or change the background. Did I forget some step ?

Also, the Move Pack sound effects refuses to appear on the material I placed it on.

Aside from this, the pack is awesome. The "action scene" in the house felt great, and the boss was quite interesting, even if a little easy.

So just finished this and was pretty impressed.

*mew

Definately not just you - I thought along similar lines, although I can only think of a couple of places (other than the marked 2x areas) which seem to require 2 players - most notably, on the roof of the house with the 'attic' in the first proper level. I spent ages trying to work out how to get there with only one player.

This was probably the easiest 1P second controller set of LBP levels I have played. I actually played almost all of it carrying a second sack person, I was super lazy with collecting the bubbles to I just pointed the second person at them as I ran past

BUT what I did find interesting, and I don't see anyone else bring up is that you can switch MOVE controls over during the game. It tells you in the tutorial, but I don't think people have put much thought into that... anyways... you can easily clear the whole game with only one person, you just need to hold START for 3 seconds and point at the player who you want to use for their brain crane for each section.

Really easy to manage, I remember having to use tape to hold down grab on 3 other controllers in the Marvel pack and it was so easy to get confused, but the move lights up so there never was any confusion and I never had to drive more than one sack person at a time.

I will [add it to the FAQ] as soon as I've checked it out. I didn't have to restart the game to unlock [the Paint tool], though, so there must be something else.

Okay. I tried starting a new game on a new profile, and the Paint tool was there as soon as I entered Create Mode for the first time - didn't even play any of the Move levels or tutorials, so I'm guessing it's a heisenbug (http://catb.org/jargon/html/H/heisenbug.html).

So, I've added this to the FAQ...

Correct me if im wrong but I though we were supposed to get a transparency tool.

The Paint tool lets you include transparency in your paintings.

BUT what I did find interesting, and I don't see anyone else bring up is that you can switch MOVE controls over during the game.

Yeah. I just added that to the FAQ. First time I tried it, it didn't work, but I subsequently realized that you can't disassociate the Move from a Nav controller, so you need two DualShocks and a Move to get all the bits on your own.

Yeah I actually noticed that also but didn't realise that this may be an issue. I tried it first with the navi and I ended up spawning out a guest player, and my character disappeared, I tried to get myself back and kept ending up as a new random sackperson.

I had to quit and when I restarted I used a controller out of habit.

Am I to silly, is this a bug, or what the heck?!

When I choose Sticker for my brush in the Painttool, 50% of my stickers are missing???

I heard something about the DLC-Stickers, but I did not exactly realize what it means.
Am I not allowed to use the stickers I payed for in this tool?
If it is cause of give-away-prizes, why they don't check it like they do with costumes?

But maybe I got something wrong, could someone enlighten me?

Anyone else experiencing pins not working? Well it seems kind of random, some pins work, others don't. For instance I have 0/6 on the complete all 6 story levels in the move pack pin. Yet I have 4/6 done for the ace all 6 story levels in the move pack pin. But in reality I have completed and aced all of them. I'm sure a few others don't work but those 2 are the only ones I'm 100% sure don't work (currently anyway, the ace one got to 4 but then stopped for some reason..).2011-09-15 14:39:00

It would seem so.

Presumably it was too difficult to add DLC-tagging to custom stickers without causing backward-compatibility problems.

Best thing to do would be to raise the issue on getsatisfaction (http://getsatisfaction.com/littlebigplanet) - you're more likely to get an official response.

FWIW, all mine seem to be correct. I get 6/6 complete, and 1/6 aced, which matches what the level patches tell me. Were you hosting the game when you completed them, or a guest of someone else?

I think I did complete them all and ace 2, now that you mention it, with a friend before purchasing the pack. Seems strange that would break progress :/

The presence of a bug in LBP2 is "strange", you say?

But, yeah, that would precisely account for the statistical anomaly. Probably worth raising on getsatisfaction (http://getsatisfaction.com/littlebigplanet).

Realistically, though, if you really want those pins, you'll probably have to roll back to a profile backup made prior to playing the Move Pack for the first time, and play it all over again. :/

Well this was a surprise, I was pretty sceptical about how LBP and Move would gel, but I'm impressed. The DLC levels are great, particularly the side missions. I've played through a few times with co-players and it works brilliantly in multi, it's great how you can catch and save other players about to fall into certain doom, or just use them as a bubble hoover.2011-09-16 15:28:00

I was also pretty impressed. At the St Louis gathering I was pretty much rubbish working it in the few minutes I took a turn, but I am starting to get the hang of it now. I also think the DLC levels are some of the best that have come out of Mm in quite awhile. I haven't played them all yet, but they seem to have regained some of the charm from LBP1 and quite a bit of fun. 2011-09-16 15:53:00

I think I was the "whipping boy" for being thrown around. And you couldn't have got through that side level without me and standby's cheer leading!

How is it playing without the navigation controller? I've ordered a Move controller and am unsure about it...

I prefer playing with the dualshock over the nav.
There's something about the controller that seems slightly more sensitive. Plus, you can switch into create mode more easily.

And thats why you always see disclaimers about DVD commentary tracks saying anything expressed is not the views of the.. blah... blah. Its a character in a game that's meant to be inept and say stupid things, and the other one hates you.

ANYWAY I bought the Navi and used it a little, but I prefer the DS3. If I were into Wii and waggle games it'd be better as it balances better than holding a DS, but LBP is made for DS3 and I wouldn't recommend getting a navi for LBP.

I just cleared story mode 100% and most of the challenges except for the frog and the cheese top scores over two sittings, and had some others along for the ride and it was pretty fun. (even watching someone FAIL Fast Food over and over)

Something to add to the FAQ if your helping an non-MOVE player Ace everything it's pretty easy to invite at the last checkpoint of each level. With two exceptions... The House That Science Built and Just Desserts.

In THTSB you can invite them by pausing on the final run, there are two barriers that look like they are wearing nappies and then the score board. If you invite them before you lift the barriers, you have time to un-pause, lift them and do the score board bit while they load. They will pop in at the scoreboard after you finish but still get the items.

For the final stage you can invite them as the platform is raising for the last time toward the three 'boxing' gloves, you can use these as they load in and do the final hit before they appear. There is HEAPS of time for them to load in.

In Fast Food, the person that walks over to the gum ball machine will be in control, so a non-move player needs to stay away from the start point.

Honestly I think the Portal thing is a little reasonable

the game is rated Everyone, which means that it's supposed to be age-appropriate for young children, and it's first person, which means that the characters speak directly to the player. So I can see why a young kid that's sensitive about being adopted might have their feelings hurt by GLaDOS' and Wheatley's taunts. Even though the game doesn't actually espouse the view that there's something wrong with being adopted, that requires a level of critical analysis to suss out that a young child probably doesn't possess.

Anyway that's horribly off-topic.

I don't think the same thing applies to Steakhouse in the Move DLC. First of all, the game is taunting the NPC, not the player directly or even the player's avatar. Secondly, the game clearly establishes that Steakhouse is a glutton and a pig. He's basically LBP's version of the Cookie Monster. And thirdly, the Cakeling is unambiguously a villain, whereas by that point in Portal 2 both of those characters have helped you for a significant amount of time, which blurs the line a bit, if, again, we're talking about a little kid.

I'm the only one to complain about the Move pack? I waited for months to try it, and now i'm really disappointed.
A very nice DLC, the new story lev are so cute, move controller is perfect but...i don't bought this DLC for the new story levels,
I am a creator, i need working tools!

PAINT TOOL:
uses only half of his potential, right now is useless, unless you want to do some little ugly, imprecise drawing, (guilty of the many
limitations imposed), i don't know if is a commercial choice due from Sony or MM)
•Need a selection tool like a lasso and polygonal lasso!
•A tool like linear or curve spline? is impossible draw a precise line with the move!
•Need typical geometrical shapes, circle, square, quadrangle etc.
•I want use the paint with the six axis, non only with move, that's wrong.
•I can't use my In game pictures? lol is the reason because i bought this DLC
•The eraser, the pressure work fine with every color or stickers, but not with the eraser so, i can't create a good alpha channel
•Maybe i ask to much but a primitive layer system, It would be useful and welcome.
•We want to talk about the stupid cardboard frame? who need it? casts shadows on the design area!!! LOOOL

Without these changes, right now, make stickers and textures is impossible, or really hard with very bad results.

STICKERS MATERIAL:
•Why i can't create an alpha channel from an in game picture? I need to take a snapshot of my in game creation, or sack boy/bot,
with alpha channel (like a cromakey screen), why i can't do it?
That's because i can take a picture of an stickers with copyright, and send it to a friends who don't bough this dlc? lol i can give my login info
password etc to him for download it! so we can't create custom stickers, that's a stupid limitation!!!
•Why when i put stickers on this material, and attach an advanced logic, i can't make it visible and invisible, from the alpha channel, like
holographic material? (ok maybe I just have to figure out how to do it)

DLC COSTUME:
Ok is not important but…I thought that with the advent of the move DLC, could import materials, items and costumes from "Prehistoric Moves"
but again after LBP2, no! this "demo" on PSN Store is not free, and have very nice items costumes etc like the amber material and stickers insects.

CAMERA FIX:
And last thing……why fix up the 3D camera glitch?
Did not happen by chance,
Did not prevent the normal course of play
Was not a cheat
Does not help you in the game to get trophies or objects DLC
Allows you to steal copyrighted material? NO! so way fix it?
was not a smart move fix it, many level designer have worked a lot, on their levels
I was in MM, I have taken as inspiration and created a new 3D camera fixed and work perfect, but…*again no… why? i rly don't know.

I want remember to all, that this DLC was not free, and we paid for a half DLC Who cares of the cute livels, for that we have the community.
I do not think that the creators of this forum have been satisfied, or not?

LBP still a powerful tool, which is deliberately limited, update only sometimes, "should be updated constantly"
Lack many improvements, which are never implemented
I don' understand if Sony limit MM, or MM is only lazy.
I have a list of at least 30 improvements (not absurd, but only improvements), which i sent every week from January to yesterday to MM, with no answer.

I don't know where or how to contact MM to be heard, maybe someone here knows how?
Why do not we do a petition, if we are many we will be heard by MM.

I'm the only one to complain about the Move pack?

Nope. If you look around the forums, you'll find quite a few complaint threads, and not just about the Move Pack.

Need typical geometrical shapes, circle, square, quadrangle etc.

You can paint using the built-in stickers which contain a variety of shapes.

The eraser, the pressure work fine with every color or stickers, but not with the eraser so, i can't create a good alpha channel

Works for me, although you have to turn the opacity down to a very low value, so hold the left stick to the left until it's at zero, then tap it a couple of times to the right.

Maybe i ask to much but a primitive layer system, It would be useful and welcome.

It was clearly never intended to have as comprehensive a toolset as Photoshop, but you can do something similar by building each layer in a separate painting, then compositing them in another painting.

To help align layers, you can use the "Choose Background" to load one in, then "Clear Background" when you're done.

Why i can't create an alpha channel from an in game picture?

See this thread (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=63358-DLC-and-In-Game-Photos-Blocked-in-Paint).

...i can give my login info password etc to him for download it!

Sure, but you'd also be breaking the PSN ToS if you did that, not to mention copyright laws.

Why when i put stickers on this material, and attach an advanced logic, i can't make it visible and invisible, from the alpha channel, like holographic material?

Just set the "Opacity" when off to zero.

?why fix up the 3D camera glitch?

It's just a side-effect of fixing the broken Local Space setting - one of the most frequently requested bugfixes of all time.

Not all of the '3D' cameras available are broken.

I want remember to all, that this DLC was not free, and we paid for a half DLC...

You didn't have to buy it - that was your choice. Caveat emptor.

Sure i can but, adapt a exist sticker is not like create a shape from myself, is imprecise, and if the sticker is blue for example, i can change it to white, i can't the size but not the dimension, and many more, is hard to explain but if you are a graphic designer you know what I mean (ok is not Photoshop, but have great potential why why limit it?)

Perhaps I expressed myself badly, it is difficult to do in a language not mine, work yes but is not so precise, the the trigger is too sensible, results the ereser cut
ERRATACORRIGE
Only now I ha noticed that moving L left and right THE OPACITY CHANGE

Every time you save a new sticker, it receives a compression, and even if you put "Stiker save size" BIG, every time you edit a saved stickers, the quality will drop drastically, so:
if you create a straight side, taking advantage of the margins, save it,
then importi it again (because you can not select and move) for work on it, lose much in quality

Thanks, now I read what it is

Sure, was just one example, what i mean is that it would be equally wrong to steal a sticker covered by copiright, exploiting a glitch.
This to say that if MM take away the possibility from LBP, people find other options to obtain stuff for free, but those who are honest in this way remains with an half tool

Just set the "Opacity" when off to zero.
in fact, but when I do it stays black, maybe it's my bug, for example with a timer, start from black, to color, and invisible, but the first frame is black!

Pointless answer, If I sell something, you should give it fully functional
We are talking about necessary tools, not costumes, you can decide whether or not to have them.
New tools such as Movinator, Motion Recorder, Paint, Stiker Panel had be distributed free, because
the necessary elements to the gameplay (as a patch fix) this happened to "Pack Creator 1"
Instead to pay the useful but not necessary as, new levels, items,
music, costumes etc, but is not MM fault, but Sony.

Feel free to send me a friend invite and help me get the score needed for the objects in the tower defense level. I HATE it and can't be bothered to try anymore.2011-09-18 14:06:00
