HELP! Sack bot Throwing speed and trijectory

| Hello, once again I am asking the brilliant collective of the LBP community for help! The concept is simple and once again I am thinking WAY too hard about it. Basically I am looking to throw a sackbot and the player (in a remote sackbot) picks has to tap for the speed and then pick the angle the sackbot shall travel. How would you guys go about this?
