Local Space 3D Camera... "Not Working As Advertised"...

I'll be straight-foward with this one...

When setting up a gameplay camera, I was able to get it into a position using the local space function to emulate the 3D camera. Now, it looked great when I was setting up the perspective angle, but when actually USING the camera, it would not display as the camera set-up did. It would close up on the back layer at a shakey angle. Is there anything you guys know of that can help me adjust it so it will actually display in a 3D perspective?

Is your sackperson going off-screen at all when the camera is in use? This may be the problem as I know they've fixed the" local space" issue in the last update.
Or do you have more than one camera in use? Could be that you have 2 camera zones overlapping.
Other than that I've got no idea.

the local space feature of cams only works properly while the camera is on the front of an object, placing the camera on the side of the object will not let you rotate the view as desired. however you can still obtain the fps 3d view as long as you are trying to look straight up or straight down2011-09-11 20:56:00
