Now I know you will say "But Craig this would cause lag" However I disagree. How about simple movie camera effects like, blur Black and white (I know this can be done with global controls but the global atmosphere changer thing is slow on transition time. Borders (It would just be nice) etc.

Yeah you can, but it still takes time and if you want it to be different by the next scene you can see it change the background colour.

You can make it transition in 0.0 seconds, so that there is no noticeable change in background colour.

Strange I have tried that but it didnt work on the sequencer for me, it still took about 2 seconds.
