I have been working on a big project for nearly three months. It's inspired by Silent Hill 3 and will feature gameplay similar to the old Silent Hill games, as well some of the original soundtracks remade by Velvet--Audio. The game will feature a complex inventory system that houses all the items you will get throughout your adventure through this horror survival game. You will heal yourself with the inventory, use key items, equip weapons, and check your location on the map. It will also have a complex database, the game will know what you have gotten, equiped, opened, used, etc when you've saved the game at the appropriate save destinations. It will also feature data transferals through level links, so you can keep your items and adds a whole new dimension to LBP2. Credit goes to Super-Sniper-1 for making the database logic and data transferal systems. The game will feature cinematics and voice actors. So far I have one creator for a charcter. So voice actors are highly needed. Story Catherine Burl?y has lived a life away from the terrors of the world, being overly shadowed by her father for a reason she can't seem to understand. Terror unfolds as Catherine's dark and blurred past clutches to her well-being, gripping her tightly as it drags her through the otherworld, back to where it all began. The story is still undergoing some editing. Characters Coming Soon Controls As Of Now Movement: (L ) Stick Action Button: (X) Enter/Exit The Inventory: (Triangle) Toggle Flashlight: (Circle) Sprint: Hold [L1] Enter Caution Mode: Hold [R1] Attack: While In Caution Mode: (X) Block: While In Caution Mode: (Square) Aim Flashlight: ( R) Stick Gameplay Enemies will have different senses and HP as well as attacks. There will be boogeyman NPC's that will chase you at various intervals in the game. Your only escape is to run and hope it doesn't catch you. You will have to search for key items to progress, so alot of paitence will be required. Silent Hill styled puzzles will be in the game. Atmosphere The atmosphere will be as creepy as possible, I am using sound effects to the extreme. I am planning to make them very creepy and relistic as can be. I'm taking the atmosphere to the extreme as well. I'm going for a psychological horror survival experience.
