Hi there community people well the reaseon why i?m posting this is because i can't import the objects form lbp 1 to lbp 2 as i wich to, i'll explain myself: i've already made the backup from both games, but when i try to use the "import from lbp 1 " it says i don't have a profile to load from ( and i own a copy of lbp 1, and have a alredy beaten game). After that i tried importing the lbp profile directly, and it kinda worked, but it starts from the beggining of the game. So my question is the following, is there a way to get back all of my objets/stickers/etc from my original lbp without loosing my current story mode ( i'm like at half or more) ? Thanks to all who answers PD: sorry about the grammar, but i?m in a hurry

Try this... 1) Go into LBP1 briefly, in your pod check your Popit, or go to your Moon, and see that you've got all your materials and stickers and things for the first game. If so, change your costume or save a new level, and see 2). If not, the problem may be that you've lost your LBP1 data. Try re-importing a backup of LBP1. 2) Go into LBP2 and import the LBP1 profile when automatically prompted. Anything you import from LBP1 to LBP2 should not make you lose your current story mode. I may be misunderstanding your situation, though. Hope this helps.

Dear arbiekko, i?ve tried doing what you said, but the thing that happens is the following: I import the lbp 1 profile, it starts the introduction levvel, and i have all the things from lbp 1, but for what i?ve seen i should say at some point "upagrading" or something like that, but after playing the introduction it show the the da vinci's videos and lv's just if i had created another new profile, instead of turning both of them into one, or do i have to play all over the da vinci's levels to gain access to my previous saves game ( i was like in the fifth creator or something like that) and continue having all the lbp objetcs ? thanks for answering i hope this makes this a little more clear PD: i don't know if it's relevant, but my copy of lp 2 is (uk), and the one from the first one is the one you could download from the US psn store when it came back..

Hmm, it sounds like LBP1 going to LBP2 is no problem for materials, but you might be onto something with the difference in regions. It recognizes the content but wipes out your current LBP2 progress. Weird... I guess the best thing is to play through LBP2 again! Fortunately this can be done in a hurry and is quite a lot of fun. I'll be happy to play with you on the weekend! The whole game can be done in about 5 hours, and most collectibles can be gotten easily with two players.
