So recenly, I got my first creator heart, and I gotta say, I was pretty excited. I'm not like some of the bigger names, who get new hearts each day, so I was a little overexcited I also wondered how you all felt when you got your first Heart? Cheers, flyinhawaiian

That's great to hear! Cheers for this type of upbeat topic. My first time was not memorable (oooh that sounds a bit naughty) since I benefited from lots of free-for-all hearting when I bought LBP2 and LBP1, ending up with somewhere in the range of 30 hearts by the time I seriously became a level designer. I also coordinated with some forum folks to help get trophies in a hurry (and for this, despite my best intentions, I will burn in heck forever, heh heh). I cherish my Creator hearts but since I know I didn't really earn a lot of them, and didn't feel anything when I first got a lot of them, I find that surge of excitement comes instead in smaller doses, with level hearts and plays Any way we can get it, that heady feeling of recognition and appreciation from a stranger is what we creative types live for. Sweet ambrosia!

I don't even remember getting my first heart. It was in LBP1, before I started making any sort of levels. I guess I got it from being a good and kind player, especially since I don't believe in the H4H garbage. Edit: To be honest, I don't think I've received a creator heart yet. So, I can't really weigh in on this as much.

The feeling getting my first heart wasn't spectacular, in fact it made me upset. I didn't publish anything then which puzzles me why I would be hearted. Now I steadily get some every week or so, but 1/4's of the time it's for a stupid reason.

?My first<3 was from my brother and I was thinking "Now I'm gonna be popular" After 1 year I had 30 author hearts hmm...must rethink what I am doing... And now I'm not really much for to be popular I spended months on my level and I was happy it got 40 plays. Hehe..

Congrats. My first creator heart was back in 2009. It was exciting for someone to have liked my level and the work I put into it. They also left the comment that they wanted see more so they hearted me as a creator. Made me feel very good.
