yeah so i'm meant to be going on holidays the 26th of december to florida but Delta rang up today and moved the flight to tomorrow then they rang again and moved them to the 27th but the flight they booked me on is full so their basically hoping someone doesn't show up. so I could be stranded at the airport this is so ridiculous.

That's pretty muffed up. I wouldn't take that. Phone them up and tell them to stop messing you about, and give you the flight you paid for. None of this moving it around and hoping someone doesn't show. I have to keep it clean here, otherwise that would've read a lot different...

I have to keep it clean here, otherwise that would've read a lot different... they cancelled the flight for the 26th so i doubt i'll get that flight it's only 1 day anyway i'm just annoyed they changed it with like 4 days notice.

Can they legally do that? They shouldn't be able to considering he has a contract with them to bring him on the 26th. Airlines have some sort of exemption I think.
