My first contest level being tricky and hard may have cost me the crown.

So don't make it -too- hard that it gets frustrating and you'll be alright. Apparently some folks got angry, and I can understand their rage. Don't make people angry with its difficulty.		2011-09-01 05:40:00

This was a hard task for this contest (i guess if it was easy then it be no challange,gotta work for that crown huh?)
I started to give it a go myself and nearly had a nervous breakdown lol.
Thats why i admire everyone who attempted this one and actually published.

This level was a entry for the contest and lol how fail that the guy didnt enter (LBPC3) in the name, lol so fail.

It did have the (LBPC3) in the title for a while, but the author withdrew it from the contest, since it didn't meet the guideline which requires that there be some gameplay in the level.		2011-09-01 22:26:00

Congrats to everyone who entered whether you win or not. It takes courage and hard work to enter these. If you are new to creating then an even bigger "hurrah" for you.

Don't be so hasty, mine was just a preliminary walkthrough, I might need to replay some levels and...I'm not the only judge

This contest has produced some amazingly fantastic levels. I would hate to have to choose just one winner
Anyways, there is a major level breaking glitch on my entry. When the music loops the logic doesn't loop correctly with it. I was hoping to be able to fix this, with the contest crews permmision, of course.
I completely understand if you won't allow me to fix it, but I don't want people (that don't know I can't fix it) to play a broken level that I cannot fix without being disqualified.

I would like to request to fix something in my level. When you score or lose points in technova I used battery percentages hooked up to score givers set to scale every second to give 1 or -1 points because I thought it looked better than 10 points. In order to do this, every time you score it turns the battery on for exactly 1 second. Sounds all great and functional, but every once in awhile when you score it doesn't give you your point. If I change it to one shot and just use 10 points=1point it should work just fine. I was hoping you guys would let me change this, but if not, the ending still tells who the winner is accurately so if I can't, its all good.2011-09-04 23:47:00

Last night I had an opportunity to test my LBPC3 entry under the new patch. Interestingly, 1.06 has slightly altered the movement of the sackbots in the level, causing them to be marginally less coordinated than they were a few days ago. It doesn't make the level unplayable, but it's a bit of a bummer given the effort required to keep them aligned in the first place.

I honestly expected 1.06 to break some aspect of the level, though, and am relieved that it's just a cosmetic blemish. Given the nature of the contest and all the levels that needed to squeak through without wrecking the music sequencer, we couldn't be surprised if a patch that modifies that music sequencer griefs us a bit. Hopefully I'm the only one that suffers observable differences in the wake of the update.		2011-09-08 17:02:00

Yeah, I'm not worried about the judging. I wanted to draw attention to the possibility of quirky patch-related changes so that everybody could double check their levels. These little problems will have to be fixed eventually so that future players can see things working appropriately. 2011-09-08 23:38:00

Yes indeed, your post prompted me to check my own earlier on uncuddly - so thanks for the heads up!

I don't seem to have sufered too badly, except for a little extra lag in the introduction and end sections, which sucks but meh. what's a gal to do. It's probably completely unrelated in my case anyhow 		2011-09-08 23:43:00
