Cant find any sackbot wall running tutorials

| Does anyone have a link to a good wall running tutorial? ive looked on the site and cant find one that I can understand. I have no clue what a mag key is, plus im more of a visual learner. I saw one on youtube but the sackbot would stand in the same vertical stance while gliding up a wall and it was sloppy too.
