The Honey Hive (old lbp1 level with lbp2 updates)

| Well your eyes are not playing tricks on you. I decided to take an old lbp1 level of mine and remaster it a bit with some of the lbp2 tools. I wanted to stay true to the original version of the honey hive but still make it seem fresh and new too. I updated the level with visuals, a few sackbees, bounce pads and grapple hook action, but there is a lot that I did not alter at all. I still think the level is just as fun as when I first published it over a year ago. It was fairly neat to go back and re-work it a bit with the new stuff. I will not be remaking any of my other lbp1 honey levels though but I may consider remastering one of the castle crawler levels in the future. | Cool thanks. I was hoping people who played the original in lbp1 would like this upgraded version and most people agree that they like the added lbp2 gameplay and visuals. Hope you like it. | I love the upgrades, you've taken a great LBP1 level and souped it up to a LBP2 style of gameplay yet kept the original charm of this level. This is a great platformer with a superb design style. there are lots of "bee" themed details to keep the eyes busy and an equal amount of platforming goodness to keep the thumbs busy. awesome job shookie! To me, this will always be one of my favorite LBP1 levels. I had LBP for about a year before I got internet out here in the sticks and when I finally did get online, The Honey Hive was probably one of the first 5 levels that I played and I was amazed by it, still am. All I had played before was story levels and my own crappy inventions, so I had no idea what other people were making. sure, I'd seen screenshots and youtube stuff, but nothing 1st hand and when I came across this, my daughter and I both just absolutely loved it. | Thanks for the feedback biorogue. This was the first lbp level I published that actually got played quite a bit back in the day, heck it even got spotlighted too.
