I literally think lbp1 levels are harder.

I'll put in a vote for LBP2. Memorization and tactics are one thing, but LBP2 requires a kind of sustained perfection through its level links which I found much, much more difficult to ace. I have aced both. When my PS3 died and I lost the game save data, I was able to re-ace LBP1 from memory and light skill in a single day, but LBP2 gave me as much trouble the second time as the first. Knowing how to do it doesn't make it any easier.

I find that LBP2 levels are easier to ace. As I aced all LBP2 levels and probably half of the LBP1 levels.

I literally think they are literally equal in terms of literal difficulty. But I literally voted for LBP1.

LBP1 is much harder in my opinion. I mean really now, The Bunker is self explanatory dontcha think?

LBP1 was by far the harder of the two for me. I bought LBP 2 first then after i won it i bought LBP 1 to get more bits for create and i found it extremely difficult. Then a gain i find most platformers difficult so that might have something to do with it seeing as LBP 1 is a pure platformer.

This poll is extremely confusing... What's the thing we should vote for? The Story Levels Difficulty? The Create Mode Difficulty? The Community Levels Difficulty? Yeah, I'm a bit confused with that too, but I'm assuming they mean Story Levels... My opinions on this seem to differ from the majority :o I do agree with Tanrockstan and Chump in terms of both having equal difficulty, but it seems like it all boils down to how much platforming experience you've had in the past before you got to either game. For me, LBP1 was a ton easier to ace solely because of the fact every single Story level was purely platforming (I'd like to thank the Super Mario games on the SNES for helping me practice. ). The only level I truly had trouble with was Boom Town because of the bombs. ^^; However for whatever reason I'm not able to understand, I am terrible with the grappling hook (although, I'm trying to get better) so trying to ace the second part of The Negativitron was an absolute pain for me due my inept skills with the power-up x_x; It doesn't help that the game likes to freeze on me as soon as I complete the level either...I feel disgruntled just thinking about it...With that said, LBP2 has my vote. I'm sorry. I don't mean to brag here, but I went back to LBP1 several weeks ago after not touching the game for a little over a year, and I was able to ace The Bunker on my first try. Practice does make permanent! 8o If I could and if I had the time, I would help all of you and ace The Bunker for you.

As for story levels, in my opinion, those from LBP1 are more difficult by far (especially the bunker). I aced every level from both games and I found LBP2 far more easy to ace. Almost gave me no problems compared to LBP1.

Lbp1 I'd say. I spent alot longer trying to get everything.. and the bunker if I never see the bunker again . I'll be a happy person.

Personally I would say that LBP1 levels where harder, although LBP2 does have some hard parts, I found the wilderness and the canyons to be very difficult for me anyway.

I aced all LBP2 story levels in like, 4 months. There was like 1 or 2 levels I never aced in LBP1 and I tried acing for WEEKS. (Darn you Sensei's Lost Castle!!!) The only level I had loads of trouble acing in LBP2 was Where in the World is Avalon Centrifuge. (Darn you elevator!!)

Definitely LBP1 levels. I die a lot, and not having infinite checkpoints on LBP1 made it crazy hard for me lol
