Hey everybody! this is my first contest that iv'e held, so bear with me. The Arcade Assault! contest is all about, you guessed it: Arcade games! Now for the Rules 1. Create something original: don't recreate old classics. Have fun and make your own arcade hit! 2. Gameplay is EVERYTHING!!:Awesome gameplay will greatly increase your score. 3. Visuals: Try to retain that old 8-bit feel in your level. Bonus points for Keeping Sackboy out of sight as much as possible. 4. No Smack Talk, or soggy apricot throwing: Points will be deducted for Smack talk. It's Rude! (so is throwing soggy apricots) 5. Have fun! Winners will be awarded with the following prizes: 1st place: 500 XP, and their level featured in my sig. 2nd place: 250 XP 3rd place: 150 XP Entries are due by October 3rd, 2011, 11:59 P.M. Hey, please edit your origina;l post so it says october 1st up there as well. I've been working on a free prize/ tutorial level for control boxes and mechanisms, so I'll try to get that out this week to help out your contestants. The stuff in it is crucial to making a game for this contest.

Ugh, I won't start on it until I get some competition, I have a plan, but I have to sacrifice another level for that. And I won't do that until there's another contestant.
