El Diablo de la Verdesamiamiamsam A simple platformer dedicated to my uncle, VelcroJonze. Okay, so I am not VJ, I am Samantha his niece, and my uncle's eyesight is almost gone now. He has been very sad the last couple months for that reason. He gave me his psp last week and said I could finish some of the things he was working on if I wanted to. I want to finish these so bad. This first level was nearly complete so it should play and look like a VJ level, the others will need more work. Unfortunately he said he could not help me on any of this. He called this El Diablo de la Verde, translated from Spanish to English it is 'The Devil of the Green. So I hope you like this and I hope you don't have any problems, because there is not any way for me to fix it. Michael (VJ), says the time he spent here it lbpc and creating lbp was the best times ever!! -Sammy

Aw, sorry about your uncle... I do not have a psp so i do not know what anything is like on it. If i did, i would play your levels. they sound great! =)

I hate to pry, but out of curiosity, do you know specifically what VJ is suffering from? It's fine if either of you aren't comfortable saying as I completely understand, but I was just curious as to whether or not there is a foreseeable cure. Anyways, it's great to see you're publishing his other levels. Just out of the time I've "known" him, he's always been a positive person and I've always really looked up to him. I'll give this a play for sure.

Oh, it's under your account, I was looking under jonze's. I'm playing it now, I'll leave feedback tomorrow, only have time for playing right now Feedback: First, could you please tell us exactly what part he left off and you came in? Just curious So, as usual Zonze's part was amazing, tell him he did an outstanding job on the whole roller zipline bit, that really left me in awe. Another part that really got me was the ending. I'm still a bit confused on how the 2nd entrance works, 2 times I rode the dissolve up, it dissolved, and I then fell to a scoreboard. The second time I tried to get to the scoreboard, but gas killed me. I then rode the thing up and it launched me. Not sure if it was a bug or purposeful. Either way I thought it was a very unique way to end it and did enjoy it's concept. One little issue I found was that when you are launched up through one of the tunnels, it's very easy to miss all the prize bubbles there. Not a big deal, but just pointing it out. This really was a remarkable platformer, and the best use of Basic Wood I've seen in a long time. :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: <3. Good luck with the rest!

Thank you so much for telling us where's he's been. We've all missed him dearly and I personally feel a bad for assuming he just left VelcroJonze has always been a huge inspirational figure for me on lbp, and without his positivity, leadership, and all-around kindness, I don't think I'd be where i am today. I'll be sure to give this level a play, and keep your uncle in my prayers

Just played the level... Have to say... I LOVE IT! Everything worked fine, great visuals and gameplay of course. Also a good bubble challenge (Me on top of the score board). Great work! :star::star::star::star::star: and <3.

Wow, what a level, awesome! Been a while since ive been on this site but played ya level Sammy a while ago. Hope the legend VJ is getting on ok, a true level master. Keep goin young lady, great stuff.
