Sonic CD Re-release...

Sonic CD, which is one of Sonic the Hedgehog's greatest games is coming out to virtually ever system in Late 2011.

-PlayStation Network
-iPhone and iPod touch,
-iPad,
-Windows PC Digital Download,
-Android
-Windows Phone
-XBOX 360

These versions of Sonic CD will contain the vastly superior Japanese soundtrack to the game and not the US version. Anyone as excited about this re-release as I am??

aint played sonic cd for years its the one where you can jump from present to past to future aint it? if it is the one im thinking of you people that havent played it are in for a treat 2011-08-25 20:12:00

I may get this for PS3 once it's out...
I played it on PC a short while back... The game just did not feel right.
like the flow to the levels were bad. For a old Sonic game it was not as good as I would have thought~

Well a community member made a game engine and got hired (sort of like how some of our community members have been hired to work on lbp stuff.)

Cool. I have the demo for Sonic CD, but my computer can't run it(It opens for about 3 seconds, then closes, it won't run in DOSBox either). If anyone wants this demo, it can be found here (http://www.classicdosgames.com/game/Sonic_CD.html). I think it might have something to do with the suckishness of my computer(If you're thinking of buying a computer/laptop, don't ever get a Toshiba unless you want the worst computer/laptop in existence).2011-11-10 05:37:00

sonic cd was well my 2nd favioute 2d sonic such great memorys the metal sonic race especially
sega are doing this because of sonic 4 episode 2 as metal sonic is supposed to be in it so when episode 3 comes out i suppose we can get sonic 3 and knuckles if knuckles appears in it		2011-11-27 16:04:00

My main problem with this game is how similar all the levels are. They're quite plain and the layouts aren't as good the megadrive games. Still, it's enjoyable enough and I'll take any old 2D sonic game I haven't played properly 2011-12-18 19:35:00
