SneakySteve1983 has hit us with another devious set of puzzles, ready to twist your brain until it almost pops in submission! I adore the simple premise ? get the sack, move him, and get him in his box. But a simple idea soon becomes a really jaw-dropping set of challenging and enjoyable puzzles in this level. Great work!It takes a special skill and a particular kind of brain to come up with a cleverly crafted puzzle with nicely balanced difficulty. Luckily for us Sneakysteve1983 has both in spades. His latest level shows again why he is a master of the art. Take different coloured sackboys and get them sorted into their matching boxes. Sounds simple, no? Think again...and again! This room based puzzler will certainly give your grey cells a real work out but it never gets frustrating ? a tribute to the well thought-out design. Each room has a slightly different twist on the underlying concept, some easier to solve than others. It all makes for an absorbing and deeply satisfying ten minutes (who am I kidding, lol?). It is one of the great pleasures of LBP that it has a place for superb levels like these.http://ia.lbp.me/img/bl/98a381855016962ce593b0aeed7cfc830bc0bc84.pngPolari zedRikiRiki-ita1P or 2P with 2 different gameplay style. a new platform but this time with a tweak that make this level different from my others... no wooden material, no frenetic gameplay, semi - futuristic theme. gameplay based on timing and logic! use your logic to reach the end, hope you'll enjoy this! awesome music by Festerd_Jester! check his gallery!

"Up, Down, Up, Down, Ooooh, Up, WHOA, Down O__O" is what you (and your partner) will be thinking as with every hop, step or leap you sack can make. Innovation strikes again with a concept that is exciting and fresh. You will have a blast by yourself or with a friend as you traverse the smexy, sleek, and stylish corridors in the platform puzzler. I don't think it is possible for RikiRiki-ita to create a bad level as this one is sure to leave a lasting impression.I believe Riki is fast becoming one of our new Platformer Gods. This gameplay is astoundingly good ? the key is player control. When playing in one player mode, you control the movement of the platforms around you, depending on what material they are made from. Time your jumps, bounce from moving platforms, and (carefully) race through to reach that elusive scoreboard. What a blast!http://i5.lbp.me/img/bl/ab5330f54d30a9f1c702128b804aa30df27d8213.pngThe Heist: Making a WithdrawalcomphermcAlright, everything's in place. Meet on the roof at 12:15. We'll be in the vault by 12:19, and the van will be out front by 12:23. Be careful and good luck! (Part 1 of 2) - Originally made for LBP1

Thief 1: C'mon you idiot, if you don't hurry up the van will leave without us!
Thief 2: But... there are all of these motion sens... *sirens* ors.
Thief 1: Uhh... whoops... RUN!
Comphermc's new level will keep you on your toes from beginning to end with motion sensors, lasers, tired security gaurds and don't forget the Po-Po! Get all of the gold while trying not to stare at the modern vault or the ornate bank (because you just might slip and alert the guards). A level originally intended for LBP1 still feels new and exciting. I won't spoil the ending (mainly because I got caught) so you'll just have to play it for yourself. Just don't get caught!http://id.lbp.me/img/bl/bdd467dbe87922c9359cf66ed31dabf34cf18b90.pngParis is for LoversTOBSn08Welcome on the roofs of Paris. Nothing to see here, just a charming platformer. 1 Player recommended. Thanks a million to weirdybeardy for the song "of course i still love you" and the remix you made for me =)

Welcome to the rooftops of Paris. With these words TOBSn08 lures you into his gorgeous re-creation of a Bohemian Paris complete with Toulouse-Lautrec style posters. It's a place full of quirky charm and atmosphere with crooked chimneypots, balconied windows and bridges strung with fairy lights. So, whether you?re a Romantic at heart or just love travelling Sly Cooper-style across the rooftops, make your way through TOBSn08?s beautiful twilit city and soak up the atmosphere, as the gameplay has you swinging from building to building in breathtaking leaps and curves. The music fits the mood perfectly too, so that all the elements - visuals, gameplay and audio - come together to make this a unique and charming platformer you won?t want to miss. From its quirky, indulgent visual style to the beautifully intuitive gameplay (simple, yes, but at times that really is a bonus) I loved every moment of my journey through TOBSn08's bohemian wonderland. I was so engrossed in the stunning lighting effects at one point that I failed to notice a rowdy bunch of forks jeering at me from the floor. I still need to book an appointment with my tailor. The music, written by weirdybeardy, is really the icing on the cake ? a wonderfully offbeat, catchy tune to add to the atmosphere and have you tapping your toes throughout!http://i4.lbp.me/img/bl/da4a12585f3a2245759fa8858a5e092a68114314.pngGift of Nature - 1PlayerTOBSn08With the help of mother nature Sackboy has to get out of the magic forest. (1 Player only, requires a Six-Axis Controller by Sony)

So how are your coordination skills? Because TOBSn08 will be testing them to the max in this level with its gameplay focussed on tilting the Sixaxis controller. You?ll find yourself frantically waving your controller about, first left and right and then up and down, as you try to time your jumps to escape the lethal hazards and scramble upwards to safety. Throw in some extremely pretty scenery, clever puzzles and a race up some deceptive rising columns (ouch!) and you have a challenging and innovative platformer which is a must play. It may take a little time to master the necessary skills but it is genuinely worth the effort. I can?t wait to see what this creator does with the Move Pack. This is a display of some of the best sixaxis gameplay I've seen in LBP2 so far. Controlling your surroundings whilst fighting the inevitability of a spikey death is at times a really tough challenge here, but with surroundings as beautiful as this, and platforming puzzles which will make the most cynical of sacks grin from ear to ear, the challenge is appreciated. Another great offering from TOBSn08.http://i2.lbp.me/img/bl/fe2bd74b8281ce651025e5413a7054dac848f7e7.pngStatic JunkyardWhoacoderMake your way through this dangerous junkyard, avoiding lightning strikes, guard dogs and other dangers, then work your way through the trash processing center! (NOTICE: Works best with one player, though multiplayer is usually fine) Music, obstacles and level design by Whoacoder. Logic, some obstacles and additional design by Kewlz4567. Do not vote down just because it's too tough for you, since many others have not failed. Thank you for all the positive feedback so far!

*staggers in, limping somewhat and accompanied by a strong smell of singed sacking* This absolute humdinger of a level from Woahcoder will certainly test your platforming skills. You?ve been unlucky enough to arrive at the junkyard as a storm begins and your first test is dodging the bolts of lightning which pursue you through the heaps of scrap metal. Next you encounter a guard dog and, finally, an even more perilous waste processing plant. There are some ingenious traps and obstacles in this level, with the difficulty ramping up to a final section with fiendish rotating platforms and just when you?re triumphant at finally making it through, Whoacoder and co-creator Kewlz4567, hit you with their final devious ploy! The fun and testing gameplay is matched by some slick design - I loved the contrast between the rusting piles of trash and the sleek metal plant ? and some great music. Yes, you?re probably going to die a few *cough* times but it's an experience not to be missed!whoacoder and Kewlz4567 have given us a great showcase of junkyard themed platforming with a twist. Lightning and electric charges will slow down your path as you traverse the processing plant, as if the dastardly rotating platforms and compactors weren't enough! A great play, which had me roaring in laughter with each and every epic fail I made.Prepare to face the elements in this electrifying platformer brought to us by Whoacoder and Kewlz4567. You'll find yourself in the middle of a scrap yard full of metal bits and bobs, but also closing in is a storm and as we all know, metal and lightning get on so well. But the bolts of electricity won't just be aiming for the nearest heap of metal, sack people better watch their backs too. But these deadly bolts won't just kill you, they happen to bring a lot of the level to life, powering up obstacles for a time so you have to be fast as the path won't stay open for long. While you take all that in you'll be treated to some fitting back ground music and effects making this electric junkyard come to life.

?War... war never changes? with these resonant words tjaldex225 sets up the theme for his Vault Chronicles series. Some great use of holo material and a fantastic mushroom-cloud explosion effect really whet the appetite for the levels to come.A fantastic introduction level by tjaldex sets the stage for the up and coming series. Steampunk fills your mind and the apocalyptic atmosphere grabs hold of you. Definitely give it a go and let the story whisk you seamlessly through each level link.http://i9.lbp.me/img/bl/829517735da2a5d0a07d7a1836996ba61fef8583.pngVault Chronicles Vol.1tjaldex225The first level for my new level series "Vault Chronicles" This adventure is set in a post apocalypic world. You'll be Steve the steampunk pirate, a lone survivor and looter. There is gonna be challenges in this aired and unforgiven place. [1-player recommend] The big thanks goes to colocho225, Dav1d0, evret and Slaeden-Bob for their suggestions, help and testing THANKS GUYS^^. Digital Panic's Pick of the week 26/7-2011

This stunning level will have you picking your jaw off the floor at the amazing and totally immersive post-apocalyptic world tjaldecx225 has created. Everything is so richly detailed ? even the spawn points are breathtaking with their spinning dials and turning cogs. But that is not all, for you get to play as Steve, the steampunk pirate, who has got to be one of the coolest sackbots out there (just check out that moustache!). His task is to use his cunning, and some nicely animated pirate skills, to get through the closed doors of the Vault. The challenges are a good combination of puzzles and platforming and your reward is to break free into the open air where an even more awesome piece of engineering (no spoilers!) awaits you. This promises to be an unmissable series!Meet Steve... the Steampunk pirate. When was the last time you saw a Steampunk pirate? Well... lets be honest, they're everywhere, but when last the last time you got to play an awesome level as Steve the steampunk pirate solving your way of the post-apocalyptic platformer jumping and grabbing and hoping and falling and dying your way to the wonderful outdoors where there is even more fantastic adventures! *panting* Whew... even that ridiculously long sentence can't describe how much fun this level is! Not to mention it's very polished and it has a unique, one of a kind checkpoint system that I thought was the cherry on top.The year is.. well I don't know but one thing is sure, war has changed the face of the Earth. Who knows what awaits you in this post-apocalyptic land. But have no fear as you'll command a man, Steve the steampunk pirate, who seems well equipped for such an environment with many skills and tricks to survive. Lots of set pieces really set up the scenes and immerse you in the barren yet richly detailed world. A very promising start to the series.http://i9.lbp.me/img/bl/d190f4c6c6bc3663f389a71406071502174a5979.pngANGELS OF THE SKY PSYNTENS[1 PLAYER ONLY] This is a level with a lot of work behind i wanted to do a little flash back to the era of the 40's with the old designs of each aircraft. I wish you all enjoy this SHOOTER and each of the aircraft that will have to FIGHT and destroy the BOSS to win. Thanks to Velvet--Audio for the GREAT MUSIC and all BETA TESTERS.

A wonderfully realised, true-to-life depiction of battles during the time of WW2. Well, ok, maybe the pilots then didn't have bouncing tracks on the stereo, and the parachutes weren't made out of wood... but nonetheless, Psyntens has taken the designs of aircraft from that period, and made a great sidescrolling shooter! The gameplay options allow you to choose your difficulty and visual settings, and the gameplay itself is simple ? shoot! Shoot for all you're worth! A great level, worthy of your time.Take to the skies in this well crafted side scrolling shooter delivered to us by Psyntens. The planes recreated with great attention to detail draw inspiration from the past. You'll be shooting planes down left right and centre, but you can also shoot down the pilots as they attempt to escape via parachutes, none shall get away. With various visual settings and difficulty tweaks you can mix each replay up a bit and once scoreboards are back online I'm there will be some battling going on in those too.http://i6.lbp.me/img/bl/88688abe8fd2cb239f14b45415221040623ec937.pngARABES K Part 1A : Introduction [1P ONLY]dajdaj03"Asmar, you must break the Spell of Rahsack!" Help Asmar fighting the evils plans of Sultan Lazhar, and saving his father. [1P ONLY] To avoid lag and level link loading problems, please play alone. Thank you! Thanks to comphermc, claptonfann, highlightnotes and leklack!

A long-awaited level, finally delivered to nothing less than thunderous applause. Dajdaj03's masterpiece is finally here, and I've been salivating over this for months! From the get-go, we are treated to a cinematic feast, with perfect special effects, wonderful use of the in-game music, and truly spectacular visuals. When the gameplay kicks in, we're treated to a Prince of Persia-esque style of gameplay, slashing our way through our enemies and nimbly light-footing around! My absolute favourite moment? Counter-attacking one particular thug's throwing knives right back at him. So satisfying! From the very opening moments, with the horse and rider standing alone in the desert, silhouetted against the star-strewn sky, you know this level series is going to be something very special indeed. The intro is an outstanding piece of film-making ? great camera work, dramatic lighting and fantastic visuals. The attention to detail and striving for perfection are apparent in everything. The tale continues in Part 1B with gameplay being integrated perfectly into the story telling as you fight your way through the palace and dispatch the guards with great panache. Add some superb custom music and great voice acting and you have a level series which has to be among the best LBP has seen. Dajdaj truly brings the magic and wonder of One Thousand and One Nights to LBP and like Scheherazade, he has broken off in mid-tale leaving us eagerly awaiting more!http://i1.lbp.me/img/bl/2614c2693a7db1d6025371c0751ddb570aa48e5d.pngTrolli ng TrawlersSyrocOh, no! They are catching all the fish! Try to eat as much fish as possible before the ocean is empty.

Take charge of your aquatic steed and grab all the fish you can, before those trolling trawlers take them all to the tinned aisle in the sky. Sounds simple, doesn't it? Well no it isn't, not when you have to avoid mines, jellyfish and other monstrous beings to fight for your place in the big blue. I adored the design of the player's fish in this level, it moves so fluidly ? other than that, this is just great fun!
This sounds like a straightforward enough minigame but it's taken out of the ordinary by the beauty of the setting with its glowing sunset, the detailed modelling work on the ship and, above all, the perfectly fluid animation of the fish. So get swimming, eat those fish as fast as you can and avoid the hazards! But above all be careful, it's a fish eat fish world out there!http://i1.lbp.me/img/bl/c516734db8435dd692c05de96374d12ea0c00006.pngMonkey Business: Bananas on a Stringc_mckameyA wild tree top romp that will have you flying through the air grabbing bananas and avoiding bomb-fruit. Get your monkey on and swing from the trees, just don't let that fruit pass you by!

Prepare to swing around the tree tops and get hurled high in the air in this addictive little mini game by c_mckamey. A greedy gorilla awaits his daily dose of bananas which conveniently shimmy through the tree tops before falling down to him. It's up to you to snatch the bananas up and gain points before they reach the end of the line and fall down. Great fun with friends and really ramps up the difficulty the longer you last. Some lovely visuals and uses of sackbots too make this a fun one to play.

Now this is an an addicting minigame if I've ever seen one! Monkey around in Clay's newest level featuring bananas, laughs and good times! Beautiful tropical scenery sets the stage for the jump, swinging and all out monkey business! A must play if you love stunning visuals and gameplay right out of craftworld!http://i6.lbp.me/img/bl/576cf8968b338d46af0d0143092b3190225c2023.pngGirl's Room Puzzle PaintsarbiekkoUse BLUE (bouncy) and ORANGE (oily) paints to escape rooms... and destroy walls, tubes and platforms on your way to freedom! Mind-bending level-breaking puzzles. Use STICKERS under red buttons for hints, and R1 when you feel stuck! Puzzles x Paints (Inspired by Portal 2/Narbancular Drop) The series continues! ver.1.3

I just want to make clear that despite the name there?s nothing remotely girly about these bathrooms ? not a scented candle in sight! What?s more, in true Portal style things get yet more sinister the further you progress! Arbiekko's concept is clever but simple ? you must manipulate the environment in each room using different paints which make things either bouncy or slippery and so you escape. But then the menace kicks in and things explode, rooms fill with water and what was a puzzle becomes more of a fight for survival! The combination of puzzles with an intriguing and distinctly sinister story is a winning one and with 4 different possible endings, you?ll find plenty in this level to keep you on your toes!http://if.lbp.me/img/bl/dbf0b4f23f2a4150da47610abfce72ce7409dc9b.pngMilk-Plusbonner123Nothing bad could surely come of this, right? Right? | Timing and precise movements are required | Music by swanbrown | Easier version out now! |

Bonner123 offers us a real challenge in his latest obstacle course Milk-Plus. You'll have to time your jumps very well as you'll be mostly jumping and bouncing, occasionally swinging and sometimes flying in death defying feats as you reach the nearest slither of solid ground where you can rest.. if only for a second. The level also has some slick and interesting backdrops which are never an eye sore, coupled with a wonderful track from swanbrown it's hard to quit this daunting task. http://i0.lbp.me/img/bl/a60ffd9a3a16d7f92a07ff871ef4a292d88f4dd8.pngVector Controlmilton2xToggle control between a sackbot and a custom checkpoint in a unique abstract puzzle world. It's an overly complex concept, so try and figure it out! Thanks for playing... [Single Player]

Another cool and stylish puzzle level to get those grey cells working overtime. The mechanics in this level are highly ingenious and Milton2x has pulled no punches in setting his challenge ? no hints, no helpful arrows; it's a case of working things out by trial and error. At times you?ll definitely be at a loss as to which way to go, but the re-spawn mechanic means you can experiment without any resulting failures being fatal. The design is beautifully modernist and the whole level is brilliantly put together. A unique and challenging level that will leave you feeling tremendously pleased when you finally crack it.

Backlog Spotlights

http://i5.lbp.me/img/bl/2c56c88dd081f814b7c392b69586f4ab10a3ead0.pngWorld 1-2: The Forgotten SewersPickle_of_FireFreshly escaped from the executioner's axe last episode; our protaganist must navigate his way through an ancient sewer system. Will the help of an unseen ally and a peculiar weapon be enough so see him through alive? Play and see for yourself! Preferably single player, part 2 of Sackbeard's Long Day.

Pickle_of_Fire continues his original and quirky series with our hero stuck in the sewers with only a distinctly sinister voice as guide. The richly detailed settings and some genuinely accomplished cinematography make this a really atmospheric experience. So battle the grim inhabitants of the underworld, platform your way through dark and ominous caves in search of treasure and laugh out loud when you ride the elevator with its perfect canned music. These levels really are a breath of fresh air!The general trend remains true for me - my favourite levels in LBP don't take themselves too seriously. Pickle_of_fire's 'Sackbeard' series certainly fits in to this category - even amongst the dingy, creepy sewers, you still have the sense of a punchline waiting around the corner. Filled to the brim with eye-popping visuals and engrossing environments, this installment definately deserves your time! The Fotgotten Sewers is truly an exceptional level, and boasts some very interesting visual effects unique to the level. Never before have I seen sackbots used as scenery, and in such a creative and terrifying way. Pickle_of_fire has put together a great level full of nice cut scenes, spooky lighting and visuals, and fun, exhilarating platforming along the way. This is one level you definitely don't want to miss!http://i3.lbp.me/img/bl/383500007ec81285eb0186132332d066fa0fbefd.pngLittle Big Air WarfareDoctor_ColossusHigh-flying sackperson dogfighting at its finest! Take to the skies in one of four WW1-WW2 era planes and bomb your opponent's base into the ground, all while protecting your own. Inspired by the classic PC game Sopwith. [VS game for up to 4 players. ★★★ ONLINE PLAY ONLY ★★★ - requires a full screen for each player]

I fell in love with this level the second I saw the little red biplane waiting in the hangar. Who could resist flying as the Red Baron and swooping down on an unsuspecting base or dogfighting in the skies? The gameplay is a blast, the controls are smooth and there are some great power ups if you have the skill to collect them without crashing. But as you fly (and try to avoid the anti-aircraft fire!) take time out to appreciate the brilliant attention to detail in this level - like the detailing on the different planes and bases and the surrounding countryside with its little village with a fountain and lights that turn on at night! A super-addicting and very fun level to play (and replay!) with friends. Doctor_Colossus brings forth a remarkable Versus level, which pits you against your online sack buddies in an airborne Free-For-All! After choosing your base and color, take to the skies partaking in epic dogfights against your friends (or should I say, frenemies?), and try to drop as many bombs on their base while you're at it! One of the things I really noticed and enjoyed about Little Big Air Warfare that I typically don't notice in other Versus levels is the need for a great defense to match your offense. You'll find that air raiding the enemy bases is just as easy for them to do to you. So what are you waiting for? Hop in your turret or plane and get addicted to it like me!http://i5.lbp.me/img/bl/a45d613b025937ee24e7f6ab23c0c5c3676bf05f.pngTimber HoppingJayhawk_erWooden platforms galore, through all sorts of fiery obstructions! Don't get lost having too much fun! I hope you enjoy it! A blend of two of my other platformers, Tiki Trail and Junglebeat Junction.

Jayhawk_er brings us another delightful platformer - fast paced, frantic and full of bubble grabbing action! If you like wooden platformers, you'll find this is a treat - plenty of perfectly positioned obstacles and powerups will guide you through this simplistic yet stunning level. A great play!Jayhawk_er?s levels just get better and better. Timber Hopping is no exception ? a beautifully put together and fun platformer with non-stop action and superb flow. You?ll love chasing down the super-long bubble chains and navigating the fiery obstacles in your path! The jungle-themed wooden scenery makes a cool backdrop for some clever use of movers and the whole thing is topped off with an exhilarating sprint to the scoreboard. So what are you waiting for, get hopping! (Sorry, couldn?t resist!)http://i9.lbp.me/img/bl/e0947cc2ad63b9627e196be7ce74262ac89cbce2.pngRemboB otsOstler5000Welcome to RemboBots!!!! [No Local Multiplayer] A fun versus game for 1 to 4 players. Clever AI ensure even single-player is never dull. 4 teams, 14 Bots per team, 3 Bot classes, 4 arena's and 3 game modes. Can you step up to the challenge and be the RemboChampion? If you're playing alone, keep us in mind and visit again with friends!

Hop into Ostler5000?s twinstick shooter level for some hectic bot battling action and all round mayhem. But there?s more to it than that. Sure, it provides bags of fun for anyone just wanting to blast opposing bots to kingdom come but with the ability to switch between 3 different classes of bot in your team and different game modes and arenas to master, there?s the opportunity for some tactical thinking too - strategic blasting to perdition ftw! The bot AI works smoothly, the 4 arenas are varied and well presented and the different game modes each provide a cool spin on the theme. So whether you prefer your annihilation action served straight up or with a twist, this is the level for you.Mayhem? I don't think that quite covers it. Commotion, Destruction, Pandemonium, that's getting closer... (no thesaurus was harmed in the writing of this comment...) This is a truly addictive and beautifully realised level, which works perfectly no matter which mode you choose. I take personal pleasure in 'eradico' mode - if it moves, you shoot it. Plain and simple, fun and intuitive, and above all - addictive. Don't pass it up!http://i8.lbp.me/img/bl/2e8cd89fc85341eb6545a691f41ef397faf10fa9.pngJumper CYMBOLLooking for something different? Then hop into Jumper, a unique platformer. Hope you enjoy it. (Thanks to Xx_Mr_Orange_xX for always taking the time to help out; and to my many friends for endlessly beta testing). UPDATE, by popular demand, Jumperbot prize added inside 1st Jump Room. Thanks for all the great reviews!

Taking a simple concept - a sackboy and some jump pads - CYMBOL gives us a well-crafted and addictively fun platformer that is bursting at the seams with a unique art style.CYMBOL brings us a stunning Bounce Pad platformer filled with beautiful, awe inspiring neon effects. Pass through each room by activating each red or blue colored bounce pad, while utilizing vehicles, jumping sackbots, and evading SackSentries along the way. But be warned, as you advance the platforming gets harder and harder, and you'll find it harder and harder to quit! Also from the Showcase...

PSP Spotlight

GradiusCyberSora/Cybersorahttp://i1233.photobucket.com/albums/ff393/valmassoilbpc/PSP%20Episode%2066/IMG_4752.jpgInspired by the Konami classic. Play the first stage of the game as you try to rack a highscore in this LBP remake!

Scrolling shooter games are a thing tried by few on the PSP, and even fewer of those levels that try actually turn out a success and work right. Gradius is one of those levels. Cybersora has pulled off probably the best working AND engaging side-scrolling shooter on the PSP to date. Outside of gameplay, Gradius also does a fantastic job blending 8-bit and regular style visuals together, creating an entirely unique appearance. Please, do yourself a favor and give Gradius a (or many) tries!
Every now and then, a creator will make something so unique, so fun and so outrageous that it makes everyone sit up and take notice - and this is one of those levels! What Cyber manages seems simple; a side scrolling shooter, but it's created so effortlessly, with such excellent visuals that it stands out as a fantastic level. This one really does have to be played to be believed. World of Skylanddoggy97/doggy97http://i1233.photobucket.com/albums/ff393/valmassoilbpc/PSP%20Episode%2066/IMG_4751.jpgThe King of the Skyland have lost his 3 Golden Apples! Something is going on there... You better check it out Sackboy!!!

Even with just a glance at this level, it's easy to tell that Doggy put a lot of time, care, and hard work into the visuals of this adventure platformer. While on your treck through these floating sky islands, you'll pass through very serene landscapes, all containing fun and light hearted platforming. Well, that is until the plot begins. Soon you'll go from breezy platforming tofinding yourself in the middle of an intense boss battle! But enough chitchat, go give Doggy's newest level a try ASAP!
Excellent visuals and fun platforming are the order of the day as doggy97 brings us a fantastic new level. Set above the clouds on different floating islands, you won't be able to wipe the grin off your face due to the fun gameplay - don't miss out!!Also from the Showcase...
Played everything in the PSP Spotlight and still looking for more?
These levels stand out from the crowd for a variety of reasons, so be sure to check them out!

For a short and fun platformer, play Woutery's well designed level: Patchin' Yo Patchwork (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=61315-Patchin-Yo-Patchwork).

Sick! I thought RemboBots was pretty much forgotten about at this point.
I greatly appreciate my feature, aswell as the rest of your work.

I shall get these queue'd and have a night away from create mode later on.
Even longer than normal, too. I think I've only played one of the spotlighted levels already, this week. Awesome.

http://lbp.me/v/4r2mvj

It has 115 plays, 2 Down Ratings, 46 Yays, and 17 hearts. The reviews are great so far and the two down ratings where because of a glitch that I fixed... But give it a try anyways!

Unfortunately Volcania didn't make the cut for this episode. But please don't be dishdeartened - and remember that there is always a chance for the spotlight. It's just a matter of perseverance. Keep on creating and we'll keep on playing - hopefully one day you'll be standing in that shiny beam of light too

Interesting seeing that you put a "Lights Out" game in your picks..... and that it has 2,000 plays! I had a Lights Out puzzle as part of my first level..... 20 plays!
Not hard to make either, just selectors, AND gates and OR gates.

Nice to see "Sack in a Box" up there.

Ali - the main reason Bag's Lights out Puzzle had a mention is the scope of it - not only is the logic practically flawless, but it also features a total of 100 solvable puzzles - 50 easy, 50 hard.

I don't see where the issue is. This was a complete puzzle game, not one puzzle with flashy lights. It is fully deserving of its place in the spotlight IMHO.

I'm not, by the way, passing comment on or criticising yours because to be completely honest I don't remember it. Maybe I didn't play it (if it's been covered perhaps another member of the team has) or perhaps the 2000 odd levels I've played over the last few months are just becoming a bit of a blur to me

The issue is not with you or the Spotlight in general. I KNOW my level wasn't good enough to be spotlighted. I was merely pointing out the difference in the number of plays. 2,000 plays for such a simple concept is impressive. Maybe I'm a little annoyed because I had planned on creating a standalone version of the Lights Out puzzle, but I decided to drop it because (and here's the irony) I didn't think enough people would play it
I was gonna try and inlcude a timed aspect, perhaps a bit of multiplayer. Maybe I missed a trick, like I did with not persuing my Chess idea. The problem is, I have one idea.... then I get another idea..... then I forget my previous ideas.[Note to self: be more persistant with ideas]

I think you are actually one of the few people to play my level. In fact, I think you've played all my levels. Much appreciated btw.

EDIT: And I wasn't criticising his idea by saying the logic "wasn't hard to make". Maybe it came across as being a bit flippant. Sorry for that. Lights Out was actually my first crack at improvised logic.

Aha, fair enough Ali no problem - just a little misunderstanding

And I so understand where you're coming from with having idea after idea. I've lost track of all the little scraps of paper I have lying around with sketches and logic maps... oy. I think we're all a little crazy!

Just so all of you know, you shouldn't be creating for the plays, you should be creating because you have a passion for what your working on. It doesn't matter what other people think as long as your still interested. If you create what you want to rather then what you think people want you too your levels would more likely be of a higher quality.

Just a tip for all of you out there. I also suggest you watch this video (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=62422-David-Jaffe-PAX-Keynote-required-viewing-for-all-gamers.&p=917159#post917159). It's very inspiring.

Haha, can't tell you how nice it is to log onto this site for the first time in a few months and see an old level in the spotlight.

So I'll forgive you for misspelling my name

I also quite like how you chose the level with the worst likes/dislikes ratio, but why am I complaining? I don't know, should probably make another level since I've got al this free time on my hands.

We play the levels in chronological order and release a certain amount every week from the backlog. We may have not played your other levels yet or more of the crew preferred the level in this spotlight. You'll have to wait and see if any of your other levels get a spotlight. We don't judge based on the amount of boos, yays, plays, or hearts we only judge on quality.2011-09-01 00:07:00

We may have not played your other levels yet or more of the crew preferred the level in this spotlight. You'll have to wait and see if any of your other levels get a spotlight. We don't judge based on the amount of boos, yays, plays, or hearts we only judge on quality.

Haha I know, I know. Don't worry.

But that level has always been my favourite, despite ratios, because I've never seen anything like it done before. You probably have a few more of my levels in the pipeline then if you're so far behind. So I wish you luck with a hoard of levels you must be churning through. (:
