Could you please embed the video in the post as well? Makes it much easier for computer users whilst mobile devices still have the link. | 2011-08-19 03:00:00 Author: tanrockstan34 Posts: 1076 |

Yea it's really amazing. I've said this before but i enjoy saying it twice : Save money for this, it won't be free! Could you please embed the video in the post as well? Makes it much easier for computer users whilst mobile devices still have the link. I think the type of video is not supported. I tried but it sadly doesn't work | 2011-08-19 03:28:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |

Nyuu, this looks so good with all the sweet goodies and features! I don't have the money for the peripherals though...maybe I can get some of the stuff if I just download the pack, even without Move/PS Eye. | 2011-08-19 08:30:00 Author: Vector-Espio-Fan Posts: 119 |

I can afford it but i feel sad for the people who can't get the dlc & Playstation move. I wish it was free but behind this there a lot of work from Mm :/. | 2011-08-19 08:33:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |
Oh, I don't wish it were free, that would undermine the hard work that's been put into the pack. I understand that a company has to make their monies in order to keep on chugging. | 2011-08-19 08:36:00 Author: Vector-Espio-Fan Posts: 119 |

Those are great words that came out. Nice to see you not taking it too bad and understanding the situation. | 2011-08-19 08:42:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |

What is this a Hollywood movie?? Does the guy think tilting the camera at different angles is a good thing? Christ! That aside, this looks incredible... and you can now change the colour of stickers. Hooray! This in itself justifies the Move's existence. | 2011-08-19 12:12:00 Author: Xaif Posts: 365 |
My god i have to have this all my ideas for stickered levels can be redone without holo. I have at least three or four great ideas. My main is paper samurai but never worked with holo. Seeing as i already have the move controller the minute this comes out i will be buying it. | 2011-08-19 13:46:00 Author: Lordwarblade Posts: 761 |
am i mistaken or is sackboy cell-shaded in those videos? | 2011-08-19 16:13:00 Author: GribbleGrunger Posts: 3910 |
am i mistaken or is sackboy cell-shaded in those videos? Your not. MM has already said that costume is cell-shaded. *mew | 2011-08-19 16:17:00 Author: Lord-Dreamerz Posts: 4261 |
Your not. MM has already said that costume is cell-shaded. *mew oh right... it'll be interesting if they make others like that | 2011-08-19 16:37:00 Author: GribbleGrunger Posts: 3910 |
oh right... it'll be interesting if they make others like that Yea it's pretty nice . | 2011-08-19 21:48:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |
I was really skeptical about Moves involvement with LBP, up until now. I hope creators don't go nuts with it and start treating it like the Wii was treated. Shaking a Wiimote every game got very boring, very quickly, but seeing this, maybe I'll hold onto my Move after all. I wish he'd shown the Sticker material a bit more, though. Also, I didn't watch the second video as it looked like it was story-orientated, and I prefer to keep those a surprise for myself. :3 | 2011-08-19 22:10:00 Author: Ostler5000 Posts: 1017 |

Well, I guess that from September forth 90% of the new levels will be about the Move, and I'll have to buy it only only because of LBP2 since there's nothing else good for the gimmicky thing. Or else my LBP2 experience will be incomplete. Darnit MM. Was it that hard to include this in the game instead of "Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves"? | 2011-08-19 23:18:00 Author: SnipySev Posts: 2452 |
Well, the so-called sticker creation tool seems, based on the video, to only be able to make rectangular stickers that do not support transparency, but instead have a cardboard texture background. This is totally useless to me, as I wanted to make non-rectangular vector-image style stickers like Mm's own, not these painting style stickers. Indeed; due to the Move packs art-based theme, and the fact that one of the new costumes is specifically designed to show off art, I think that this is not at all a sticker maker, but is in fact a painting maker. Even when using very small brushes to make clean lines, the Move is much too jittery and imprecise. (Of course, it is not the hardware that is imprecise, but my arm, which unfortunately cannot move in perfectly straight lines. I'm upset that I can't just use a controller or something.) As it stands, I can make better stickers with the in-game photo tool. And, now that much of the Move pack's functionality (such as the "sticker panel" material) has been put into the 1.06 update, which is free, I have no reason at all to buy the Move pack or, by extension, the Move controller itself. I think this whole pack would be, for me at least, a huge waste of money, and if not buying it means I can't play certain levels, then so be it. I think this pack will merely fracture the community. | 2011-08-20 02:39:00 Author: Stoicrow Posts: 276 |

You're wrong. The Paint tool can make more than rectangular stickers as the photo tool used to. In another video showing this tool, it demonstrated that a sunflower could be made, and that every area that wasn't stickered became transparent. The sticker's outlines flowed along the lines of the flower and not a rectangle. The reason it appeared to you that only rectangles could be made was that the person in the video that you saw filled the entire space with stickers. | 2011-08-20 04:20:00 Author: Unknown User |

It kinda buggeed me too when I saw it. If there wasn't any transparency the only benefit it'd have upon creating stickers in create would be clearer image. Slightly unrelated topic: Now that they actually included an editor to better make stickers outside Create, does anyone think a Costume Editor is in order? A screen where we could check out or sackperson in full Zoom and 360? in all axis (axii? axises? darned if I know) with him completely still. Something handy to sticker those dodgy spots on our costume that otherwise make our head ache after trying to decorate it? | 2011-08-20 04:52:00 Author: SnipySev Posts: 2452 |
ya..... 1. It does become transparent. When you save a painting the non painted areas are transparent, not cardboard 2. Sticker Panel is not free. You need the pack. 3. all costumes are designed around art. (mona lisa, some flower lady, cell shaded) 4. the materials look good 5. the maybe an option (or brush) that can create straight lines. idk though, it would be nice if there were :/ 6. you can't make better stickers with the in game sticker tool (it's very low res) 7. the 1.06 update includes the "play" and "basic" move functionality. The "real" move stuff is in the pack. 8. lol, @ fracture the community. That's what they said about LBP2 XD | 2011-08-20 07:04:00 Author: a_mailbox Posts: 416 |
2. Sticker Panel is not free. You need the pack. Well to be fair, we can't really know that until the pack is released, no? | 2011-08-20 07:13:00 Author: FlipMeister Posts: 631 |
It's like using a transparent sticker from the sticker panel on a hologram but simply not out of hologram ( no layers needed ) and it's better visual. This is also a easier and faster way to make incredible sticker, can't wait to see what the community make with this. | 2011-08-20 07:48:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |
Looks mind blowing! Im getting it even if its 100 quid! I want to know what the sequencer instruments are tho, if they're symphony orchestra I'll have a DLCgasm! | 2011-08-20 16:56:00 Author: Alternative_sack Posts: 409 |
Well to be fair, we can't really know that until the pack is released, no? StevenI (and Mm for that matter) have stated that the Sticker panel will be unlocked in the pack. Ergo: you need the pack to have the material, ergo: sticker panel isn't free. :/ | 2011-08-20 17:53:00 Author: a_mailbox Posts: 416 |
Would loooooove to know the pricing so I can afford a move and this at the same time. | 2011-08-20 18:11:00 Author: Unknown User |
I'd love to know that too . | 2011-08-20 19:28:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |
